repeating my previous request for public comment on change in beneficary when depositing fiat.

(please use basic logic to work out that this can not be dealt with in a private email. So no need to ask me to email support. ok?)

new question:
what happened to the trading pair of EUR/USD?
I moved some of my EUR balance to USD but now can not trade it back to EUR.
Is EUR/USD coming back and what about other trading pairs? Are some going to go too?

Mine was answered within 12h, although not satisfactory.

BTW: The private keys situation worries me too.

What is going on  Huh

Recently they don't respond to the support ticket.

In stealth manner, they reduced the contact point, I remember they had phone line support both for North America and Europe but they've been removed from the web. Contact for technical support was removed and only pr, support and investors remain.

My problem is,

"Please do not fund your account using wallet addresses generated prior to September 30. All transfers to these addresses cannot be credited to your account."
(It is funny they changed the description slightly from "be ignored")

It conflicts with

"To fund your account using bitcoins, you need to send an amount to the following address (a new address is generated every time you make a deposit, however, you can use all addresses linked to your account):"

Obviously the old address should be linked to the account, anyone know if they lost old private keys?

my daily dose of adrenaline was already taken care of by that rally, no need for any extra action...

@arie - your story really worries me.  Have you looked for any supervisory body for that exchange / or the bank?   

 @HitBTC   - u should tell us what's going on or you make things worse...

Serious banking problems?  Security breach? Coins stolen? Just poor Managment?    So let's just hope this is no MtGox 2.0!     


If something is not working in this world, than usually banks are involved.   So I think that their banks is screwing things up and HitBTC can't do anything about it.   BTC withdrawals & Trading is still working like a charm...

I really hope these problems will go away  as hitBTC used to be the best exchange in Europe.   

@HitBTC  please pm me or write when your banking problems are resolved.  I will only deposit again if deposits are credited within 1 banking day. 



EDIT: Euros arrived at hitBTC today!

Something seems to be moving. Hope will be ok. Ill update the link anyway it goes.

I have a serious issue with HIT BTC - in fact so serious that I am beginning to wonder about how reliable HitBTC is.
I have initiated 2 usd transfers on the 24th of september (40000usd and 50000usd). That was  around 5 days b4 you had your upgrade problem. Since money has not arrived, i emailed your support department. The answers I got were ranging from from ridiculous to plain lies. For example:
"It takes our bank a while to check large outgoing transfers" (that was 9 days after my outgoing transfers have cleared my hitBtc account so i classify it as a lie). Another example "our financing department has contacted the bank, but it takes up to 5 days for the bank to reply" (classification - lie).
So can you explain what is going on? What kind of support team you have and what kind of financing department you have. How long does it take for your supoport team to walk to the office next door and blast the finance department people to solve the issue? And how long does it take your finance department people to pick up the phone and blast the bank people to find the funds? Or perhaps it is a more serious matter? One that i dont even dare think about!! Please let me know and all the good people on this forum, how is hitbtc, the most advanced cryptocurrency exchange, going to handle this matter?

Since how much time you are waiting for the money?

Its pretty sad, that hitbtc causes such issues. It could be such a nice exchange.

Why is your bank constantly  breaking the law?   I made another deposit Thursday morning and it has not arrived yet.  Since February also Estonian banks are required to process payments within 1 business day.  Please tell me, why I shouldn't sue your bank?  why I shouldn't send your bank a huge present for not letting me buy Bitcoin on Friday when the price was 20% higher than it is now.

@arie  - are u serious? U wired them 90K USD?   I thought there was a limit of 50K/day?!?

I still think,   hitBTC is a good business. Their service, fees, customer service  & API is the best on the market  - the only thing they can be blamed for is chosing such a ****ed up banking partner.   But this is the fucked up world we live in.
Any news?
