I totaly agree with that ,holding is the best strategy perfectly working at the cryptomarket. Personally I have been holding some tokens for more than a year and I am going to hold for two-three years more to get the maximum profit.
Market is fluctuating today a lot . But I hope it will not continue. So I am applying HODL at this moment.

Agree with you. I think that now the best way out of the situation is to just hold your coins. In any case, the growth will be. Only for this you need a little time and patience.
With you still keep your coins in the coin when the price was falling. And this I think is a very good decision. But I recommend you to see the potential of such coins. Because there is a coin if it is on hold will continue to decline. You should do some research before you make your decision so that you're not incorrect in doing method.
The action i thought would be the wisest at the moment. we should keep the Bitcoin and Altcoins are good and potential for a special occasion later this year. Bitcoin prices seem unmistakable now and probably not enough incentive for the crypto market to blaze over at $ 6,500 so keep it up and patiently waiting is the best methods.

How you supposed to sell with this current value? Selling and losing? At the moment it is not worth to sell most tokens due to low price or token value, I rather choose to hold and get worth it profits in the long run than to sell and lost the capital investment.

In the other hand if you play like a daily trader you can do that but with less percentage of losing money and buy other currency that will give you profits on the same day.

if you have not trading experience then hodl is best strategy specially current market situation i think we must hold our coins for long-term because day trading is not profitable in these days
