I think it will be better to hold and not to sell. Selling win't give you benefit but holding will. The market value of all cryptos are falling at thid moment and we really can't do anything about it. This situation already happened before and the result is that, all of the cryptos market value increased after a couple of weeks. So there's a probability that same thing will happen. So just hold.

Of course hold, its nothing this decrease when u compare with november crisis if u know. After few days everything will start to be better price will start to go up and stable coins will come to their value.
That is clear loss if anyone goes to sell in this panicked situation. But along with holding if you are able to replace some old holdings with some more potential coins or tokens just like I did then go ahead but at same ratio or seamless difference. No one with brain will suggest to sell now.
This is some sort critical time , you really dont have to worry about prices it will absolutely increase in some coming time . I think we should not consider the selling option in 2018 if we are here in cryptoworld . Good potential currencies are too much worthy . So i must advice you to hold whatever you got .
If your coins that u hold now are in very big loss i can suggest u to hold them, because now is one panic sell and it ll stop in few days after that green market will be seen. Just patient..
The answer of your question is to yourself, how can you sell if you lose right? At the same time I also have lost if I sell then obviously acknowledge my lost, I will hodl in a long time because had regretted selling at the time price droped. this is a value for the panic of people who have been in the corner by the circumstances.
Holding. My portfolio has dropped over $55k and I'm still up. I bought most of the my altcoins in November and early December.
Because of the current situation of the market no one really knows what to do.. I mean, is it better to move or stay? for me holding is the best option. I don’t wanna take much bigger risks by making a wrong move.

For me i suggest HOLD it just be patient sometimes its a tricky way you should believe on your holding coin if it has nice background,sometimes you feel regret if you invest so much money in there but if you are in that situation keep your mind set that it will pump sooner or later.
yes,HOLDING is great so i agree with you mate.. we should hold more longer with our altcoins, this is how it plays here altcoins or let say all the coins will rise and then it will drop,if you don't have patience for holding long you will regret it i had heard a lot of stories about this they thought that it is the best way to sell their altcoins especially when it will continuous dropping or falling but then a couple of weeks or months it pumped more than how much they get it when they sell it ,so you better HOLD longer mate. I would prefer just to hold it for awhile. Well my belief is that I'm already losing and I can't do something about it, if I'll sell then there is still lose but if I'll just hold it and will wait for the price to increase somehow then I can recover some of it. Cutting your losses depends on how you are good with taking that risk, if you are good with those losses it's depending on how big it is. But if it isn't that much then you may cut your losses and jump into some other coins to hold. Choose those coins that has some potential and if you believe on that coin just hold it.

For now, there is no reason to be overly concerned as a cryptocurrency holder. Things will pick up again and new all-time highs will be created soon enough. When that happens, all of the current bearish momentum will become all but forgotten. Hold on to whatever you own. It is easier said than done. Doing so will eventually mean you buy back in at a loss too, which is not the best course of action. Volatility on this scale is the normal in the cryptocurrency industry. It's not fun, but people will get used to it eventually.
You do not lose anything until you lose. If you have already decided it, just do it. But i would never sell with those recent prices, it is a waste of time and you can easily lose potential earnings in a near future.
Buy the ripple it's your first mistake, dude. It's centralized bad coin. But now there is nothing left to continue hold all coins/tokens which you holding at the moment.

Important to hodl coz the market looks grim right now but this is just a typical January blues kind of thing, I believe this is the time to do some shopping. Buy the top if you have some spare USD. It's all up to you, your judgement matters as to when to sell the coins that you have invested in. If you trust a coin, you should know when to sell, hold and buy back. Usually, same shit happens, altcoin price is just like a cycle, pump and dump. You just need to be updated on the news, make your own research, so you can make clear decision as to what to do.
