The price of coins coming down, and the best solution is to keep coins. The market is volatile and this is its norm. Have patience, and my advice to you is not in a hurry to sell
As of today, you're probably better to hold all your assets. You're gonna sell when at least when you're bak to normal. I wish you to sell high profit, but don't be too greedy, that might never comes.

As of the moment right now ,people needs to hold their coins due to the market prices that are currently dumping in the market and they really need to wait for the price to pump up again in order to earn profit.

I am more inclined to trade, because it is unclear how soon the market will recover again. And HOLD does not bring profit now.

You must learn to decide on your own whether to hold or sell your coins on the basis of how much profit you want to get from your coins.
It dependa on the situation try to use the two like hold when down and sell high , repeat the cycle and it will be a sure income for you mate
It depends on the amount of losses you already have, if you haven't lost that much then keep holding, after all, the market needs to pump again soon or later.
