Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice

Well, it is better to hold for now then sell at the best moment once it is available. Both are means to achieve success in the world of crypto....
I have no experience on this kind of situations, but i think or in my opinion, you have a one to make a choice to know how and to learn so that you should know the possibilities on how to make successful. Try and try to experience more and to learn more.
i suggest you just hold or buy more to reduce average price. Because based on technical analysis, i realize that the coins will increase in the middle of this year.
Just hold it until you can. Don't be so nervous you have to think positive, stay calm maybe after a long time of waiting you can reach what you want. This the common ways we said but it's all up to you.

I would recommend holding your investments. I'm assuming that these investments are projects that you support and believe in.
Most of the market is down right now so it makes no sense to sell. If you need funds, I would suggest alternative means to obtain the funds (work other job, sell things, etc). It's likely that in 6 months the market will be drastically different so you will be happy that you didn't sell.
Also, treat this down market as an opportunity to buy high quality coins on sale. I've always found it strange how we are happy to buy clothing that is 50% off but freak out when investments go down in value.
In a perfect world, you would have sold in the peak in December and would be buying now. Unfortunately, we can't go back but we can act now so start hunting for deals

Buy coins that are in position of growing exponentially. Have a look at these (TAU or SALT). They are underrated and undervalued but have active groups and have a good team.

Never do that unless you are in profit. Me at your place, I would hold my stash. Yes some say BTC will go down but then some say it’s going up to 91k by the year 2020. Buy Promising Coins, buy good ones like XLM, QTUM, NEO and ETH is down, also coins like PRG, XPA or CANN.

my advice is better to hold until the price starts up, should you have a target at what price you want to sell the coin so it will not regret when the price goes down or up
Which coin we are buying is not.a matter the only rules is how long we are holding it because it is right way to make more profits for your investment it is the common thing all investors used .
If the price of your coins is low for now, you should hold those coins as it will raise up as there is possibility for rise in price. So, if it's not urgent for you to withdraw then you should wait for price rise.

I would keep tokens if I were you. After a while, the market will have price growth. If you sell now - this will be a fixation of the loss Things are getting worse in the digital money market. Coins do not trust anymore. prices have dropped significantly. If you can afford it, I think you will lose more if you sell it.
For me it is better if you consider with your assets there are perks if you remove please unplug, if indeed there is no advantage don't release the better patient course first.
Good thing is hold the coin you have. Currently price is going down but it will increase recently. When prince will increase you can sell your coin
