Before you hold a coin. Just think about it. If thats coin will do dominate or became popular someday. Also, we can't predict which coin will goes up or down or the same. We just keep believing on our coins.

When you are holding shitcoins for long hold that is surely a bullshit and stupidity,long term coins usually can be found thru researching reading its roadmap to find the potentials on the coin,but clearly you didnt have any research from the past that is why until now these coins doesnt have any good value it isnt the HOLDING but its you was the problem.

That my friend is very unfortunate for you. But if you look at the market, there a lot of coins that has flown so far in 2-3 years time, your choice of coins maybe just unlucky. If you just had converted it into eth and hold it for 2-3 years, it would have been fruitful.

Wow, those are very long period of time holding a coins and your holding something that is not significant. Well, we don't know maybe one day they will just suddenly go up so high. But hey, I think that period is way to long and if it does not even move materially from that period then there is something wrong with the project.

The crypto currencies are good and the prices is a little bit falling which is the short term effect of these coins so it is not the problem that now the prices are not growing but soon it will again rise and this will be use for the life time forever. So for now the holding is good we can not say that the crypto holding is bullshit because in the future the crypto will rule all over the world and this all will happen if the people show a regular interest in bitcoin and crypto because if the demand rises the price will automatically moves to upward.

Of course it depends on the kind of coin you are holding,large supply coins mostly will rarely moon by any huge magnitude.but sometimes holding low supply coins is very good.Someone sold a low supply coin at 1500 USD and a month later that amount was 20000,that's how patience can pay sometimes.So play your cards well

you already got the basic play of it in this cryptocurrencies world, a strong hand to holding. maybe you should check your "coin" often, what kind of development they already did. if you see such a monotone act, better sell your coin and choose different coin to invest in or to holding in.

There are too many bullshit coins in the market, you have good chance to hold them.
We have to learn about the team behind the coins.
Do they have good record? Do they follow their roadmap?

I think we should make researches too about holding coins/tokens depend on short or long-term investment. Some coins/altcoins do have long-term project which result to the value not rising for a long time, can be years. That's why I think before decide to hold, make some researches about the purpose of the project, and also the timeline.

Holding is bullshit depending on the useless token you are holding onto. remember that some alts have already appreciated in price, last year alone check some alts prices then tell me if those holding them are actually holding bullshit. Do your research proper and you will end up holding good tokens and coins with working products. EOS launched last year you can check the price now.

from the coin you saved earlier, I see that the coin is not much interested in the activity of buying and selling in the market. maybe that's the factor that causes the coin price to be difficult to rise at its highest price, because it is not included in the buyer's favorite coin

Choosing a better coins in holding like the most trusted coins is btc or eth are the good coins to hold.Try some analysis or reseaech for holdings to make it not loose at the end not all holdings are successful but it can easy to make profits if you hold it for months and not for a long term.

If you are holding shitcoin, how can it moon, you have to look for good coin to hold and if you hold very good coin for 1 year, you may not be asking if there is benefit in holding, try and find good coins to hold.
