Holding is really bullshit once you are holding a shit coin. That is why choosing the right coin is important. Do not be in hurry, give time for study and research on coins and compare. Holding is not always advisable depending on your coins. You have been holding coins too much. If I were you, 1 year of holding them without changes, I would have just exchange it to other coins.
Pretty much my thoughts! There is no need to HODL forever if the token isn't backed by the team which is able to create a new utility. It's just a waste of your money. Get rid of them for whatever price you find reasonable enough

If you don't want to hold and you are being impatient maybe crypto is not for you. I suggest you find another thing where would you put money because if that's you're attitude here you always gonna lose in every trade that you have. Just my opinion and being concern in your money.

But honestly, you are better off just selling whenever coin or token hits a pump moment and doing so before the dump creates a crash for the coin or token shortly after the pump occurs. I've noticed that when some good news for a project is announced publicly, and the hype surrounding it is very high, you should sell at that moment and then you can always buy back in after the dump and crash occurs. Doing it this way you maximize your profits and put yourself in a strong position to play the market without being tied to any specific project, making you a more powerful player.

The most important thing in storing coins is to choose the right moment for the sale of coins. I see that you can't choose it correctly. Some coins were much more expensive than now, but you missed a good time for sale. Don't be greedy and choose a good moment for selling coins.
Keeping a long-term altcoin does not guarantee you will make a profit. Also, we can not say that it is not good to keep an altcoin in the long run. Most recommended would be to take the risk of a loss.

I think that holding is really overvalued. Only BTC holder is greatly earned because they did buy below 1000 dollars and holding was good for them.

In my opinion, your coins do not have a strong fundamental background. In order to keep coins long, you need to choose those coins that have a strong fundamental structure. The team and the marketing campaign are also important.

If you want to hold coins, I suggest this three coins; Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Waves. If you hold this, I assure you, you won't be regretable in the end. Again, you must choose which good coins to be hold.
To benefit your effort from holding coin, of course you should hold on coin that have valueable projects so the value of coin will growth from time to time, if you hold a wrong coin that is not holding problem but picking the right project problem.
Holding is not the problem here but the coins you chose to hold for more than a year.
Dont be frustrated and just switch to other coins out there that has good potential and can give you better income like btc, eth, neo, ltc and so much more.

I have never even heard or read obout these coins... NEO is the best idea offered here to hold, a coin for HOLD must at least have a strong working background...
I don't really know those coins. I preferred holding coins that is part of the top 15 list. With a well established project and a functioning team, I can assure that my investment will increase just by mere holding. Anyways, I invest in TRX and ADA and ETH and will probably buy some NEO too!
