Try to hold a much more reliable coin, what your holding is bullshit of course holding doesn't mean you're gonna profit it still depends on your strategy but holding is not bullshit you can profit a lot from it just try those coins that has the potential.
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)

Why on earth you are holding those coins? Of course you'd fell that way because the coins you chose are all shitcoins and pump and dump. You could have chose something that belongs in the Top 10 of Coinmarketcap. Or maybe you wanted to buy those coins that are worth 1 sats and wait for it to go 2 sats or at least 5. and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
Maybe because you're holding the wrong coins lol. You should have left your investment to BTC or ETH then you could have been richer. Shit coins are cheap and you could have traded them for short term only. Get capital then if you want to hold then rebuy your profit. In that case that's not considered loss.
Are you kidding me? I think your holding wrong coins. You've had a chance to hold bitcoin from five years ago and ethereum from three years ago. I think there's still chance to hold better coins or tokens. Why not try holding EQUI tokens, it will be used to for investing in the EQUI platform in venture capital model. No never i dont think holding is a bullshit. when you buy any coin try to understand what potentiality on this coin why you buy . if you buy strong base coin with high market cap and demand always high this types of coin holding is profitable. like Eth Btc And ltc

HOLDING is effective when the coins you are holding are solid for long term holds,but if you are holding shitcoins like yours it is indeed bullshit,waste of your time and effort you could have prevented this from happening by researching you could have saved a lot of time and effort and you could have millions dollars when you did hold for that long if the coins are good but unfortunately it isnt.

I never heard about that coin that you hasbeen hodling, i think that just coin not listed in coinmarketcap, not popular and does not have any benefits. So before hodl coins for the better know first what the advantages of that coin for cryptocurrency community. The cryptocurrency market so high fluctuaction so actually will be more promising profit if to do longterm trading than hodl, just spend times 1 hour is enough for long term trading and will be less risk too.
I think there's only a problem of coin selection. Among the whole market these coins are unremarkable. Sometimes lucky, sometimes not.

If you hold good coins, then they are also have good value and price. Means, you can have profit from them. But if your coins are the wrong ones, expect that they have no value anymore. Choose the coins to hold, look into the team and the roadmap.
Why holding when you could just sell high and buy low. Except you're holding to stake, that's another aspect.
As much as I agree with the title, if there's enough volume for me to just get out of a coin/token i'm holding before if falls I'll do it and then accumulate it again at a much lower level ( the bottom level). When you're holding for nothing and losing value, those value add up for me and others that do the works securing the profit and scavenging the bottom.

Holding/Hodling can only be labeled as what your topic title or even worse if the type of cryptocurrencies you have in your wallet are not worth to keep. Reasons about a stagnant value of cryptocurrencies you have over the past few years is because of poor development team and perhaps no working products to compete in the market.
That very long term hodling, but you has been hodl wrong coin, if you hold some coin in top 10 ranking in coin market cap, now you get huge profit. So before hodl any coin just learn first the fundamental of that coin and what benefits they offer. Lest say if you hodl like BTC, ETH, DASH, LTC in the same duration now you become milyuner.

It is my first time to hear those coins and they seems to have no value on the exchanges. If you are holding good coins, the they will giv eyou profit in holding them for too long, but if you have bad ones, no profit at all.

It is surprising though how he got himself into such messy coins, because even the names alone should scream scam. Espers, insane and html, and that insane even got me laughing the most. He is really holding coins that have lost their sanity a long time ago and 3 years for holding a coin without a single slight movement, I bet the coins are already dead. He should just forget and start over!It is funny how people always end up bag holding shit coins, when it is not like there is no way they can do some little research on the coin they are holding before deciding to invest.
Why hold a coin that no one in their right mind wants and actually only someone who is not smart will even trade coins like that, which makes me believe they may not even have a single trading volume. Pretty bad condition for the OP right now and he should better sell out now if he can and then get into better projects.
