I think hodler’s main hope is Bitcoin. If Bitcoin grows, then the rest of the coins will grow. Many hodlers hope for Bitcoin.
but with the number of fraudsters in the crypto world it will be an increasingly bad impact for the development of crypto itself, because there are already many people who stop using crypto because they often experience fraud which is detrimental to many others

Definitely there is hope for holders, holders here, I mean those holding good coins, once the market becomes bullish, they will surely be in profit. Also this is the time to get some undervalued good coins that are cheap, while we wait for the bull run.
My hope for fraudsters is to quickly repent because there are already many people who feel disadvantaged by you, so it's better to get easy results. Don't ever commit fraud because it will destroy yourself.

If altcoin or bitcoin has fallen and the price of all cheap certainly does not hurt to buy at a cheap price. Because I personally also apply that strategy. Even big names on business invest on cryo and invest on it. People are just throwing negative things about it because of its price and always see the present value, not the future ones. Im sure that those who believe in it and acquire now will be rich tomorrow.
I understand that now is a very good time to buy crypto. This can also be seen in the market. Bull run will be very soon.
