The price of all altcoins are still very heavily influenced by Bitcoin price volatility. It's very hard for a new ICO to make sizeable gains when both BTC and the top 10 altcoins are in deep red. So most ICO's have suffered this year so far because of bearish markets, even though there are some extremely promising new projects, they didn't have the opportunity to shine yet...
For my own analysis, many people says about bad thing on ICO's but if we try to count on the opposite sides that talks about good things on ICO's mostly majority counts are favorable on ICO's that is has more good contributions of income.
There should always be updates about what's happening. Investors will panic if they do not see any warranty.Although they are not labeled as fraud, because, there are many early ICO companies that are not commensurate with the services available.
Well there are times that there are ICO thsts not great as the others. But still there are still many ICO that gain more people because of their success. To their accomplishments. You just got to find the one with a freat and successful projects.

I think now that small altcoins are thrown out dramatically, especially new coins with the support of a weak society. and people realize that the highest profits still come from ICO. Not all ICOs are bad there are some good also and we have seen many good ICOs also this year like Crypterium, Wepower, LiveEdu and many more all its take to give time verifying the good ICOs before investing and you will be saved from investing in a bad ICO.
In this year ICO is very berpariasi. Some are successful and some are also failing. For how bad ICO this year may be 25% of bad ICOs or what we can call failures because they are not ready to compete with the excellent ICOs that are on some projects.

In my opinion the most negative aspect that we can find in some ICOs this year is the false hope of delivering a project, so hopeful investors invest their Ethereum, Bitcoin or even dollar creating an expectation of profit or project success and this is frustrating. I do not join Icos at the moment. Market is waving. Not sure when the next fud come out. So, For me, its better to wait for a stable (somehow) market. But I always stay focused on popular ico projects.

Yes there is a bad start. I do not think anybody will deny this. but he will definitely recover over time. this inve stment will surely gather fruit. 
ico is very important for the crypto money market. projects and their consultants are bad, the icos are coming to an end.
I do remember in the autumn was the same situation, majority of new tokens was trading on exchanges below the ICO price, but then, in a few month, everything changed, I do believe that it may be the same situation now.

Some Icos are good and some are not, just like DENARO Ico I invested some in this project. I thought they are reliable and a legit, after their Ico was become successful all of the team was gone. It is really necessary that we should undergo a thoroughly checking of a project if worth to invest.
