if you have more faith on your coins, you can still hold it and dont mind any REDS/Dropped happening in the markets. but if not. you can easy quit and dont ask for more reasons why you had to. as i can see your account is newbie and i think you dont have any experience how crypto currency works. so you are now getting panic to the loses youve experienced. let me advice you, im not an expert or what, but i have a lot of experience in bitcoin from the past, hold the coins you have, mostly bitcoin, because bitcoin is a long term investment program that can generate profits in the future, is you only see are REDS and starting getting doubt about it, you cannot earn profits by that. hold it for almost 2-3 year for more better result.
Market price is not stable, so if you predict that market price is going up then it is time to hold it however if the price is going down then it is time to quit or sell it.
Volatility is the nature of the market so you must have strong mind and not sell your alts whenever the market goes down, you must believe in your coin if you think that your coin has a strong foundation because sooner the market will recover from it's loss.

The benefit of holding is that you won't miss out if there is a break out. You can quit the market early and try to reenter at better position but you have risk of missing out the best price or the price will go up and you haven't bought back. Longterm is still bullish so if you hold and come back later your portfolio will go up. Today most of the Altcoin goes Down. So what's the benefit for me Hold or Quit out from the Crypto market?

If your emotion can't take this kind of volatility on the crypto market. Maybe you should quit right now or else you can afford your emotion if the market really goes down hard when it's really normal for the market to be healthy. Always remember what goes up must come down and what goes down must come up. Maybe you can smile back when Altcoin start to move again, try you see CMC..If you have ALTCOIN at this time, you're one of those people who set ALTCOIN prices. Do not Quit, you will see that many more bright days are ahead of the crypto market. That there are dips that last for more than a few days is not a cause of panic, just wait and you will see that.
Quit is easy, hold burns more!

I guess ETH will bei the next reference coin... and I hold it long term
it is probably too early to talk about the output, rather it went or even bought, the end will be when the market becomes oversaturated but it has not happened yet
I suggest for you to hold ETH and BNT for mid term.

i suggest to you to still holding your altcoins. this could happen many times and the price is going low but after a little bit time the price will rise up again.. and this is the right time to buy altcoin to invest because theres a lot of posibilities to increased the price after the chinese new year.. (i think). dont sold your coin. just still holding it and you can get huge profit but its defend on what altcoin you have..
Quitting is not the option. Never gonna quit, if you quit now, you wont gain anything. So all I can advice now is be strong, hold it for now and wait until the market back to normal. I know this is hard to all of us because of dropping but we need a lot of resolve for this.

Well, HOLD because the prices will always go back to where they were before. Once a new market cap is reached, that new record will be surpassed in a few months.
If you know you are not experience in the space, always take your loss early and live to die another day, because there will always another opportunity to invest, it all depends on the token you are holding, there are soem that can take more than 1 year before they return to the price you pay for them
I would not start short time trading... just hold your coins for some time and get in slowly...
