Hodl. That is the life of crypto. if you quit and sell now then you're at a loss. Sometimes the alts goes down sometimes up. There's no assurance in crypto, we all know its very voolatile. Only weak hands quit and sell when they're losing. Believe in the coin that you're holding an sit and wait. You may not win now but you will only if you have the patience to wait.
I would say HODL and quit looking at crypto prices. Best and easier thing to do is to put your coins a side and forget about them. Come back like a month or 6 months and look at price. Hardest part is looking at the price going down you will find yourself checking regulary which is not healthy trust me. At this moment I am okay if my coins go down or up in price, because I do believe we are going to use crypto for long term which is why I don't care much about prie movments.

In my opinion just hold it because sooner or later the RED DAYS will be over. Its just a correction and Fud so that weak hands can sell their coins,and thats the opportunity of whales to buy more on deep. Whats the purpose of selling it today when you are lost then you might lose more if you sell . Just be patient because you are not the only one who is on deep. I suggest that you shouldnt look your crypto for now , relax and return after 1 month. And im sure everything will be back to normal.

I will advice not to quit your altcoins in loss because dumps and pumps is the nature of crypto and market can go down from ATH because of profit booking, I think this is the good time to buy good altcoins at very cheap price.As market will be stable and go again up all altcoins will jump more and you will get 3-5x profit from current level and market crashed becuase FUD and rumor and also some bad news. But it will go again up in next 8-10 days.
You dont need to quit,holding your altcoins holding your alts will be the best choice between the two,because if the market recovers your portfolio will be all good,just wait for few days so the market can start recovering from the bloodbath.

I'm a Hodler so my secret key to become more successful is that I patiently waiting for a good timing to buy low and sell high.
As being said that the patient will soon get the money from the impatient or panic sellers because I deserve a reward and they are not.
As a Hodler and amateur trader, I always set myself in patient being to claim more rewards after due time.
Many of the Professional altcoin traders when the altcoin situation in red they do HOdl and they relax and waiting untill the coin will be green again or pop up again so why we will not do like them relax and waiting because in crypto world the real traders or investors are moody like calm patience and relax. for me I do like this.
