if you want to participate of course you must have Bitcointalk account at least rank jr. member up.after that you can search bounty programs available on special Thread bounty, following link ny:

then you search and select the bounty you want to follow, almost every bounty provides some programs such as: signature, social media, creative content, and telegram campaign, etc.
you should be able to choose bounty from a project that has a clear future, so that what is done does not go to waste.
Have some bounty don't need rank higher like: Social Bounty, Blog Bounty, Video Bounty. If you can do one of these tasks, so you're okay. But find some good bounty, otherwise you will not be paid or token useless

You have to get at least Jr. Member of your bitcointalk account. Its a must to rank up your account because of most of the bounties required at least jr. member and up. Once you rank up, you have to look for bounty or signature campaign that suits your set of skills like translation, social media promotions and many more. You have to finish your task in order to get your rewards/tokens/coins and of course, you have to follow rules and mechanics of every bounty.
Since you are a a newbie rank here in btt you can't apply for signature campaign
You need to read the rules because you are a newbie. I'm not pretty sure if there are bounty campaigns that doesn't accept newbie ranks but you can give it a try.
There are several campaigns like translation, social media, youtube videos, articles, etc.

First of all you have to write 30 posts, than you will get Jr.member. After that I would recommend you to make an analysis of the bounty which is available on bitcointalk. Then carefully read the instructions of the bounty and apply signature in your profile settings.
When you have done all the instructions above, you can start to wright high quality messages on bitcointalk (usually it is 10-15 posts per week)

You can find all the necessary information in the forum sections. With your rating you'd better start with Twitter and Facebook. When you get to Junior Member, you will be able to participate in Signature and other high-paying bounty.

As you are new on this forum and want to earn some extra money then you can join bounty campaigns like twitter, facebook or do translation work and you will find out it on announcement thread on this forum. There are many available so you can choose any bounty campaign of your choice and according to your eligibility.But you must follow their rules otherwise you will be blacklisted.Choose wisely a legit one because there are lot of scams these days.

Yous should raise your rank first before you go on and joining all of those bounties, and it is kinda hard to join now because it is also hard to obtain ranks due to the new merit system.

If you're thinking about Signature Campaign you are not yet allowed to joined there because you are still newbie. But as far as I know there are some part of bounty allowed newbies to participate in such as Facebook and twitter or Social Campaigns. You can join there as much as you can.
Find some knowledge in this forum, because in this forum a lot of science has been described by senior members. Do not be too busy looking for money, if you have a lot of science then the money will come to you without you ask. So try to read it because reading it is a science shed
