Helping beginners not become addicted to gambling is by providing a good understanding of when they should gamble and how big a bet they should place when they want to gamble.
We can tell about our bad and good experiences when we lose or win when gambling and provide an explanation of the serious risk impacts when we are addicted. With a slow process that doesn't take too long, maybe beginners will be able to accept the suggestions and input that we provide and try to monitor every way the beginners play. If he makes a wrong move, we will immediately reprimand him gently so as not to cause a fight.
You have a good idea here but I think the summary of everything is that casinos should increase the restriction on gambling, since we are focused on the young people here they can increase the age limit of gambling and perhaps for the ones who gambling online they can use there data's that are shared online to manipulate how the casinos will work for each person even restricted them from playing some certain games on the web page.

All this suggests are good but I already know it's not possible because gambling is for profit making and casino owners will never agree with that because it will definitely destroy the profit they make from people. Hence the only solution is just to advise the younger ones not to attempt gambling as it's very bad for there life and health or even try to convince them that gambling is evil hence shouldn't be practiced to scare them away.

Yes, for young people, if they are interested in playing casinos, of course they must have limits in terms of the money bets they will place there because if they don't have these limits, young people will be willing to be irregular and place bets with this, and young people will anticipate that they won't. become addicted to casinos. If young people feel addicted then this is a big disaster for their future lives.
And therefore, a good step or solution is just giving advice, I think it is not optimal if there is no clear understanding or awareness in the young person's mind.
This is why it's very important for new gamblers, especially the younger ones to go into gambling with the right perspective and avoid having this general misconception that they can maintain a passive income via gambling. This is a misconception that often leads many gamblers into making wrong gambling choices and possibly land themselves into addiction because when people have such perspective, they start giving gambling more time and putting in more resources than usual which is an easy way to addiction.

Tell them not to chase loss and have a gambling budget and when to go to the hall and play gamble and not all the time..tell him that he should not stay in the casino all if it a physical casino hall and once has placed his game or bet his game then he should go home with the the print out and don't argue with other gamblers because argument brings gambling addiction because you will like to make your point vividly to them and that might cause your continues visiting the casino hall.
And when all those things I mentioned are avoided then he can defeat the addiction spirit of gambling. And if he didn't obey any of the above then he will be a good addicted gambler in the streets and the Nation.
Probably the best thing to do here, give them the basic tips because they're the easiest to remember and some of the most important things that they need to remember, I really like the tip of not chasing losses because it gives out the idea that you have the ability to stop whenever you want and that it's alright to let losses happen to you. I don't agree that someone can easily keep addiction at bay just by following these tips though, some people's psyche are just wired in a way that they're easily susceptible to addiction or obssession, so no matter what, even if they follow it by heart if they're easily taken away by addiction, it's going to be a futile attempt.

I think if gambling companies can help to giving beginners to understand gambling and addiction it will help and reduce the rate at which people get addicted o gambling, I mean good lesson for people to get understanding.  Or do gambling companies benefit from gamblers who are addicted, which the awareness of getting addicted can affect their business?.
I don't think if gambling company would really need to educate anyone on gambling, expecially the beginners. Gambling companies need people that will patronize them. and the more people lost, the more they gain. They don't care if you get addicted all what they want is for you to keep gambling. Just like the way alcohol are sold in stores, the manufacturers dont care how you consume it but all what they want is for you to buy. What gambling company can warn you is that gamble responsibly and you should be 18 years and above. Just like other companies that indulge in promoting hazardous things will warn you against impending dangers involved in what you do. Addiction is determined by a person and not the company. Because even if the company educate the beginners, it is their obligation or choice to play wisely and not the other way round.

The reason why I'm not addicted to gambling is because even before I started to play gambling I already understand gambling and its addiction, and my understanding has helped me on how to follow up gambling. Sometimes I ask myself why do people get addicted to gambling, is it because they have no understanding or awareness about the addiction of gamble.

I think majority of people who are addicted to gambling is because they do not understand gambling as beginners, the rules and the side effects of playing gambling excessively.

If a person is naturally gambling, then he has very little chance of avoiding a painful gambling addiction.
It is very important that the potential player is initially a wealthy person (so that he has income from business activities or from hired work).  It is very dangerous to consider a casino as a way to make money (although in the case of poker this is theoretically possible).  A casino is just one of the ways to have fun and interestingly spend your free time.  A potential player should have a very interesting lifestyle, a lot of hobbies, sex, sports, friends, etc.
Because one psychological addiction can only be cured by another psychological addiction.

First of all I will say that gambling is definitely not for the faint of heart. If you want to gamble regularly, you must have a strong mindset. And gambling is indeed a game for adults. Youngsters or boys should stay away from gambling.

Chances of gambling addiction are high. Because we cannot control our own mind. We tend to get overly greedy. And this is one of the main reasons for gambling addiction.

Gambling cannot be our profession. If we consider gambling as just a game, the chances of becoming addicted to it will be greatly reduced.

Also we should spend a certain amount of money on gambling. Whether I win or lose I will not gamble more than this fixed amount, we have to be firm in this decision. Then the possibility of gambling addiction is reduced.

Well, gambling is a game which is a high rate of addiction cases and its addiction caused many families destroyed.  I think a person can addicted when he does over gambling.  Every successful gambler sets a certain limit in gambling and they don't go beyond them which is the reason that they are still not addicted to gambling.  Limitations can be every kind like doing one gamble in a day, borrowing money for gambling when you are at a loss, and many more.  When the big gainers come they start gambling every day and they engage day and night in getting more money.  Sometimes they chase to earn more and sometimes they chase to recover the lost funds and lose further more funds in this way and get addicted easily.

Yeah right, chasing your losses and being greedy at the same time will leads you to addiction, as we all know that most cases of gambling addictions reason is they want to recover their losses because they used up all of their money but unfortunately, instead of getting back the money they wanted to get, they just ran out even more, what's worse, because they want to insist on playing, they don't notice that little by little they are losing everything, money, family, especially their self. It's easy to say what we should do to avoid becoming an addict, but when we're in the situation, it's really hard to do and it's not that easy because your opponent is yourself here, you have to fight and control yourself more that when you reach the point that gambling is the only thing you see around you.

Tons of people would really be that addicted towards gambling on which we know that this industry wont really be that becoming that too big if it werent that profitable.
Profits made out by those people who do get addicted, yes its sad on how they do end up but there would really be no such situation if they do have that good control.
Helping them wont really be that effective or something that could be possible if they are the ones who would really be pushing up on playing gambling because each one of us do make out such decisions
towards the things that we are really that getting involved into. Helping them would be through giving out some advises but we do know that when it comes to overall decisions
then it would really be just that still depending on them. There are really just that depending on how they would be acting out according to the situation.

All gambling games are very different. There are games of chance that do not require much understanding, as they are very simple and do not have any strategies. Although some crazy people use Martingale. In simple casino games there are practically no strategies; more complex games may have strategies. In card games, winning strategies may already exist. For example, in poker or sports bridge. Even more complex games are sports betting. Beginners should not play sports betting in most cases if they are not confident in their abilities. In general, you should first carefully study the game to see where you have an advantage.

For beginner, understanding gambling and the impact that addiction can cause is very difficult, in fact being able to realize the various steps and attitudes to avoid gambling addiction is something that is very rarely done by most gamblers, especially beginners.
What is certain is that novice gamblers have not really felt the negative impacts that can cause them to experience various problems and difficulties, this will trigger beginners more often to do things beyond their limits.
Sometimes experience is the key to success in efforts to minimize any negative impacts of gambling and a beginner does not have that experience.
They still think that gambling is very fun and can provide big profits, this is mindset that is always embedded in the minds of novice gamblers so that any awareness and understanding is impossible for them to have.

Only best way to prevent beginners from becoming addicted is to let them gain more experience and failure, so it will be easier for us to direct, advise and also provide the best advice.
They will think about not repeating mistakes that have previously occurred and this is the only way that I think can quickly make it easier for gamblers to think clearly.
Not difficult to understand but difficult to apply because gambling has that element that ensures most people (if not all) are going to be attached in the game. No matter how much we study, we might still experience a mistake sometimes. For those who are starting, mistakes may not be there but they will come across it later on and they may now change their actions by there.

Yes, gambling is very fun as long as you choose the game that fits for you and then you have a less expectation on making huge sums, add in that you are open to losing your capital each time you play. The best way to prevent becoming an addict is to not do things that can cause addiction, also not all experienced people can be given an advice easily.
We are just humans and we are really that subject into such change on which this is really something that could potentially happen into on the time that you would really be engaging with gambling. There would really be that kind of moment or situation on which you do really be able to make yourself that getting addicted on which you would really be having that kind of probability of such condition.

Everything would really be just that depending on how a certain individual would really be able to handle up theirselves when it comes into this aspect on which you would really be that neither be tolerating
possible addicted kind of behavior or you would really be having that kind of control on which it is really something that tells you that you shouldnt really be that spending too much time and money on it?

It all matters with someones awareness when it comes into this aspect because if you wont really be that sensible on the actions that you are really that indeed making then you are just basically
putting up yourself on such potential harm and this is something that oyu should really be avoiding in the first place. Its not bad to gamble, the bad thing here only is on the time that you would
really be that making yourself that becoming impulsive through it.

There's no need to be upset
That's not our responsibility, the best that we can do at most is to warn them the implications and dangers of gambling to themselves and the people around, it's not a welcoming thing to even do because you're not really minding your own business and it's a bad thing to do to get in the way of what others do in their life, that's how you can easily get into trouble without you knowing that you've already caused it. The best thing to do is to guide them, they ask the questions you answer them, give them tips but not intrude on how they play.

That's not the company's responsibility though, sure they can give out some warnings like those cigarette packs having those labels and warnings but that's the extent of what they have to do, we have to remember that gambling companies care that their customers are addicted to them so they can generate more money out of those poor souls, they're not going to go out of the way preventing that, if anything, they're probably going to help at curing the addiction at best but that's being optimistic at how they operate as gambling business.

I don’t know. The company has some responsibility on it because they offer the service. I’ve seen people talking about ethical casinos where rules are clear and even the hooks are not so strong to keep you addicted.

I know that in the end of the day is on the gambler to decide when to stop but the house can be more addicting sometimes with some of their choices and practices

This makes a lot of sense. I would not dare to try and give them advice about gambling addiction either, because like what you said, it's not very welcoming and that you also assume they are susceptible and incapable of taking care of themselves to keep their gambling habit at an healthy state. The guy has not even started or just started gambling and then you'd jump ahead of them and try to warn them about gambling addiction, that sounds really interfering their life decisions.
IMO, as long as they enjoy gambling without struggling financially, we should not try to interfere and mind our own business. A simple statement like "hey, always remember not to spend excessively in gambling" will do. But, making an extra effort to prevent from getting addicted in gambling may only appear to be annoying on their end.

I think it's oneself before one go into gambling he/she should have done a thorough research and assimilated every rules and regulations guiding it inorder to know how to go about it,it's not about awareness  it's about understanding what you are about to go into .
Some just come up with the mindset of making money so quick and end up becoming addicted with being informed..just as they say an Investment in knowledge pays more, you can't venture into something without knowing the full details of what it is.

Ordinarily, one should know exactly what he/she is getting into and that doesn’t exclude gambling. I agree with you that one should know the pros and cons that comes with gambling along with certain tips to avoid financial ruin. But then, people are too hasty and in a rush to enter the gambling scene while having a false orientation about earning huge sums from the activity.

A lot of people have that belief that there is lots money to be made through gambling and while trying to get that huge sum, the individual could, without realizing it end up getting addicted.

People get addicted to gambling because of high expectations of winnings that they haven't seen yet, but believe would come. So even in the phase of losing streaks they will keep on, it would also interst you to know that Gambling stimulates our Reward system (in the brain), just like Dopamine is to hard drugs which act subconsciously that even when you don't want to gamble you feel the need and urge to.

The truth comes when we accept that the outcome is unknown, which we help (limit) the way we gamble, our risk tolerance, and our expectations. Thus we pay much attention to other areas of our lives, and gamble with passive income only. This can't be overstretched as everyone need to be disciplined and also know that the demerits outway the merits.

I believe that there are people who can engage in gambling. It depends on the type of person.
And for those people who still decided to engage in gambling, who are beginners. These tips are to never use money that you cannot afford to lose. Especially if you are not alone, I mean if you have a family and you are responsible not only for yourself but also for other people. Don't take out loans to gamble. In short, use only money that you can already forget about.

Beginners that are staying alone shouldn't borrow money for gambling too, if they start borrowing money for gambling while they're single it might become a habit that they can't forget and they'll take that habit with them into older ages but by that time they'll be having responsibilities because of being married and have wife, children and the family relative that they have obligation to take care of. Any behaviors that we don't want to be a part of our life when we have grown older, we should stop practicing them while we're young. To help beginners not to get addicted is to not teach them how to gamble because every individual have different levels of strength and it's not every individual that can hold their emotions and resists gambling when they don't have money to spare but only money that have a use.
