Even if we have a way to prevent scam, still scammers would find a new way to victim us. I think the best way now is to not thrust anyone immediately, especially for the transactions that involves payment, scammers are so smart in that way.

There is no way we can be totally immune we scam, but I think ICOs scam can be reduced is there is a regulation in place to protect investors and projects should not launch an ICO if they don't have a good working prototype to show the genuine purpose of the project.

The mistake we make sometimes is just investing in a project before any tangible research. It is more like putting the cart after the horse, which is my opinion is very wrong.
