The crypto world is so vast and they are interest from all continents of the world. Some investors / projects came with good intentions to make the world a better place while some to defraud investors and projects founder. Can we have a better way correct scam and lapses?

It is our personal intuition and knowledge that will keep us from Scam projects. Sadly to say, even scam projects are good in marketing using graphic and motion designs to attract investors and bounty hunters.

You need tools and applications to trace who of these ICO's are using fake profile check the scam section of this forum, you will find some of this on that section besides scam project, check the name of your ICO if it is on the list the guys have done great works for all of us.

It is difficult to avoid fraud, one thing to recognize is that most fraudsters are very good. What we can do is research and always be careful about our decisions.

There is no 100 % protection against scam projects as they are sophisticated nowadays and in many
cases they turn out to be a scam in later stages of the project. But, if we do our research we can reduce
the chances to fall into their trap by paying attention on the red flags.

absolutely you can not get rid of scam in ICO becuase of it not regulated like the IPO.However reading whitepaper might give you some confidence or not in any ICO. I have review and read so many project whitepaper and believe me section such as legal agreement speak alot of thing about credibility of an ICO

I think if we could implement the same laws and regulations as in the IPO and for ICO, it could significantly reduce the number of fraudsters in the cryptocurrency market.

First of all need to be attentive.
Look the way how you hear about opportunity, look from who you find this opportunity.
No more free moneys there.

Absolutely useless advice, it's like: don't breath if you don't want to catch a virus. People are absent-minded not because they want to but because they can't control this. If you wanna help, advise sth concrete!

To protect yourself from fraud, what you can do is always be careful of what you do. If we are careless in investing without analysis, we might be trapped and make us fail, resulting in losses or fraud. Therefore this investment is very important, and do not invest in projects that are not clear, for example.

Sometimes that does not guarantee that you will avoid scams, even when you are very confident that ico will be successful launching with everything that supports from whitepapers, clear roadmaps, big promotions and so on, maybe they still could become scams? the point is this risk will still exist even though you do analysis and research though. so if you can't accept this risk then it's better not to try to invest in ico

because fraudsters are very neat in running projects, it is very difficult to compare real projects with fake projects, so careful precision is needed to compare them

There are many ways to protect ourselves to scam. One of those is not be gullible. If you have knowledge on cryptocurrency and how it works then you are aware that a person is scamming you. First, you need to read some articles about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies especially those evil schemes that surround the community.

We can avoid this kind of incident by equipping ourselves with advance knowledge to outrun the scammers that are trying to scam us. We can do that by always asking question on the team, verifying its true identity and read reviews.

At the moment, it is better not to invest in ICO, as even a good technical analysis does not give you a guarantee that this ICO will be successful. Regulation of this issue will certainly be a good way out of this situation.

It is unlikely that it can somehow be left or anticipated, at the moment we may not support any ico that would not be deceived.

The task of protecting oneself from cyberspace scams is solely the duty of individuals themselves. You just have to be careful with how you handle your private data and always conduct due diligence before you make any investment in the cryptospace especially in any ICO project. Always protect your private keys the same way you protect your credit card information.

I think that it would be great if there will be regulation. Before entering the market each ICO must be accepted by special comission. I think only after these actions you can safely invest in new projects.

In this case, the commission should bear full responsibility, if the project that it allowed for the market deceives its investors.
