To protect ourselves from scam you should check the sites before you give your personal information, because it can be a phising site that will get your info. To avoid scammers much better you wont invest in anything in the site. Think before you invest.
For me it is to hard to protect and get rid of those scams in this business. Just make sure and be care full that if you are investing, trading or whatever projects you want to join you have enough knowledge before doing that. Do not just place your info's with different airdrops, it is too risky also. Think before you click.
I think it's really difficult to stay away from all scam things in this crypto world but we still can reduce chance to be scammed by avoid investing in ponzi scheme. Don't believe in any project which don't have a good roadmap, dev team, idea but promoted really good with interesting promises about how much money investors can get back when invested in

Yes i agree with that. There are so many scam or fake ICO in this day and there is no guarantee to avoid that. Nowadays there so many projects that offered, so we must carefull before we join or invest in the project. For me if i want to join the ICO, i always see the website, the whitepaper, roadmap and the prospect of the ICO. And that i see the review or comments from another people about the ICO, if the project convince, i join it.

For me, we can protect ourselves from scammers is from being aware and trust your instinct if you sense that there is something wrong then stop it, yes I think this is the best best way to avoid scam. Before you invest you must research the campaign and the people behind it so you are sure if they are trustworthy people, and invest an amount of money that you can not hesitate to lose.

, in my humbly opinion, scammers are finding their ways to gain money, no matter how much we protect are belongings ,they just wait for the small wrong move and then scammers will grab that.opportunity... we must better be vigilant always, and suspicious in others action.. Lately I have seen several fraud ICOs that are making a fraud project just to make money instantly. This is very sad because we know how negative other people thought about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. We don’t want to put more stain in people’s mind but now it happened. We should not let them do it, there must be something to be done to eliminate such actions.

It is so hard to protect ourselves from scam especially in this time that there are so many projects existing in the market. I think what we can do is to look for projects that are backed up by senior forum members although this isn't a sure way.

It is all up into us inorder to avoid being scam. This is why we are thoroughly researching on who is involved in that project and also we need to know what is the project all about. The project must need a good background and partners.
Scams are becoming more clever these days, once you overlooked on some details then you'll definitely fall from their schemes. We should atleast become updated too about on how can we spot the latest techniques that scammers used.
Better not to deal with anybody using links or what. We can protect ourselves from scam by just investing/trading the way you invest before. Don't try everything in the market because you might be fall in a wrong place and cause you a big loss. It is not very easy to identity scam on this vast crypto world. By doing regular research and gathering proper knowledge it can be done somehow.

First of all, you need to differentiate between genuine business failures and scams. And secondly, most of the times you can avoid the scams by taking certain basic precautions, such as analyzing the white-paper and researching about the team which is behind the ICO.
the rule of thumb for me is that, if something looks very good it's probably a scam, for example when they start offering 1% of return EVERY DAY, that's practically impossible, so I start investigating the project until sadly I realize that it's a scam, so you have to be very careful and review everything you can about a project and if its goals are really possible or is pure nonsense

That's also my primary concern right now. A lot of ICOs these days are fraudulent and I'm now afraid to invest more in any of it. As the process of determining scam projects improved, so does the scammer's way of deception too.
