A good dev team is the basis, but I can not agree that social media activity is in the second position. The second most important thing is whitepaper and accuracy in the roadmap. It is necessary that we have an enough knowledge and understanding about every ICO around us. We should be aware and wise enough to choose a good one. Doing series of research would be an advantage for us to know if a certain ico team is active.

the first to see a good ico is to see how the best potential of ico from the internal side is included in the composition of the team, the concept and also the roadmap. even though the rating can be used as a benchmark but it would be nice if we could be more selective about ico in detail in order to get good and potential ico.
