to be able to find ICO well maybe you can use some of the suggestions given by ICO rating providers that you can find on some ICO rating websites, there have expert advisors to help you.
Actually there is no good icos anytime, if market is good icos get good money and if you are in the bear market, icos cant get profit. This is easy so I dont suggest to do investment at these days.
I recommend a project that has an ICO rating. The ICO ranking site really helped us in choosing the ICO project. They provide good value for projects which according to their research are good. But in choosing an ICO project, of course, we must not immediately believe. But we also have to do research. This is important to prevent fake projects.

because sometimes an ICO rating website getting paid from the ICO project team to increase the project rating

If you are not out of crypto in januari or december then you need to hold your bag untill 0 or cut your loss and wait for bottom price to jump back.
Don't invest in this market because we will see lower prices untill the end of the year.
There is no interest in coin at the market. And holders and traders are dumping constantly. Daytraders are pumping and dumping. Dont try to play that game if you have not enough buy power to manipulate the price of that coin or if you dont have enough buy power to destroy sell walls.
Wait another couple months.

Good ICOs are damn rare. No ICO has all the qualities of a good project. Some may have an MVP, but with poor dev team management, or poor marketing strategies. Always a give and take. Forget about such a thing, if it was that easy to find good icos then everyone in the forum will be millionaire already, if you want to find good icos you have no other option but to create your own system in which you rate icos based on all the information that is available on the Internet, it is not easy and it is time consuming but the profits can be worth it if you are good at it.
