Now the best ICO is bittorrent and another one is LTO. Binance will list first one and second one is so potential with current metrics.
Personally I am going to participate in both of them

Having good understanding of how cryptocurrency works and the things that must be in place before you could say a coin is a good coin, such coin must have feature like decentralized and open protocol,  fair distribution and a sound and capable developer and team,  then you will be able to identify good ICO!

my tip now is dont invest in any ico, its better to hodl your money, cause 90% of them are scam and 100% of not scam icos will fall 10 or more times when they hit an exchange, so be smart and dont invest now, wait for better times and hope that someday will be some ico regulations and no more scams
The main problem of many is that they are not ready to wait. Many still invest in various ICO and want quick profits. But such times are long over.

i guess here is nothing to wait, icos are dead, we need something else. this all ico concept doesnt work anymore, people scamming and faking funds results, making shit ton of useless coins and tokens. we need something new and we need to use escrows again, cause without them there will be more and more scams

At first it was difficult to distinguish good projects from fraudsters, but over time we gained experience and understood more and more clearly what the project should implement in order to be successful.
In crypto platform 5 percentage of the ICO only successful in the market. So it is hard to predict the right place, But we have one option in ICO that is we could check the softcap in any project because once it will reach softcap surely it going to peak. Some time all the prediction is wrong so listed token is good for any situation.

Bad experience in 2018 I hope it doesn't repeat in this year, it can be said that after March too many ICOs that I followed failed to reach softcap and even became scams because until now they haven't refunded, my biggest mistake is not being careful and too easy to trust ICO rating sites, and in my opinion the best thing to know about ICO is to read the whitepaper in detail.

Finding a good ICOs is not a crucial point rather to invest how much amount of your funds. You should always use 5% of your funds in one ICO. Again, if you are going to invest in ICO first check their website Whether it is https:// or simple http://. Only choose ICO that are https://. Then evaluate their project that how long it will exist. Then invest in the ICO.

First of all, check some ICO rating websites for the top-rated ICOs and then look into the project details, its team and advisors and social media hype.
in outline, it is necessary to check the team, whitepaper, ICO rate, and others. however, we do have to pay attention to it in detail. even when we know that they are a great team, we still have to pay attention to its development. well, but I always see ICO based on the team.

Even we are following all these but still many ICO's getting into scam without any development. Before ICO, everything seems to be very attractive but when it comes to reality it is impossible to find the developments from the team. Even top-rated ICO failing to develop the projects.

A good ICO must have a legit leader which they can trusted to upon investing in their project , and also a good ICO has a good whitepaper and a good roadmap for their projects. And it should have a good community and a team to make updates about what is going on in their project. And the community must always be active for the questions of investors for them to answer.

Sometimes I look for good projects on special sites that publish ratings of these projects. But I try to fully analyze the project myself.

Check icobench first. Second is the outline of the whitepaper, you will need to check if the service propose to be delivered is a mumbo-jumbo of technical words or real service. You can also check out their Telegram channel to see how strong the community engagement it.

When you have already participated in a dozen or one and a half projects, then gradually you begin to get a clearer vision of the essence of the projects. You begin to better distinguish scam from normal projects, so the whole thing is in the availability of experience.

Looking for a good ICO project if I think I should look for a project that has achieved Soft Cap sales. If sales have reached Soft Cap, of course when the project is finished we will definitely get a prize. This is different if you have followed the ICO project from the start and the project is finished, but the sales project does not reach Soft Cap, you will not get a prize.
That's right because that way we can get a good ICO and not experience fraud, because nowadays there are many ICOs that ultimately cheat or don't pay us

I'm not joining any ICOs at this time because really much of those were a total fail for many users and me as well. It's too risky. Currently shorting some alts (TRX, MGO, NEM and few others) and of course holding (casual BTC, ETH). That's why I'm not going to suggest you any, sorry.

It's really harder than it sounds. You should communicate with other community within ICO media. Other users will definitely tell you if project is worth it. Also, you can check team background across the internet by using crunchbase or similar websites.
