To be honest, I don’t see so many resources, this forum is probably the main resource that I use. I think that today there are a lot of sites on the example of IcoBench or something else, but I do not use them.
in my opinion we ahve a loy of old and relatively old coins so there is no need to be interested in the newest ones right now

If you're new to cryptocurrency it is in your best interest to read up on the general knowledge related to it than just one specific aspect, in this case Altcoins. After a little studying you'll find a lot of websites cater to keeping up news and market stats regarding ICOs, Altcoins and Bitcoins. Hopefully this helps you understand what you need to do.

I normally checkout https://coinmarketcap.com/new to check new altcoins listed on the market.
YouTube is also a good good place to start, I subscribe to top cryptocurrency influencers such as Suppoman, Ian Balina, etc. But I recommend looking at https://icodrops.com to learn about new projects running ICOs. Joining crypto telegram channels also is a good

Aside from here, where else?

Join their social platform such as reddit, telegram. There will be an active discussion about altcoin that you are following. I dont suggest focus only on what you read here on forum cause sometimes even it is high rank members that post positive messages we cannot assure their sincerity on what they are saying. Possible that i t is a paid shilling to market the product. Ive seen a lot of this and when you search for that token, you can see that it is a pump and dump coin with no actual product that technically works out. Much better to join the telegram where admins present are consists of developer who will response on your query.

Look for those low pages ANN threads on Announcements (Altcoins) and Tokens (Altcoins).

You'll see different coins there and those are their announcements. Many are scam if you are into new altcoins so beware.

i think this forum is the right place to learn and add knowledge about crypto and blockchain, there are many other forums out there, but i don't feel familiar and a lot of information that i don't get from here. you can go to the announcement board to find the new altcoin that you want to learn, discuss in their thread and you can also discuss with potential investors, the community here and also with the developer.

Aside from here, where else?
Just try to join in the telegram group and i can try to actively discuss that altcoin. If you have a lot of curiosity about that and you can try to talk with the developer directly. This is the best method in my opinion consider there will be a lot of people will try to help you too. It's a really important thing.
