Maybe the bitcoin price factor could be one of the problems ltc and other altcoins have trouble pumping. Maybe the biggest hope is to wait until BTC grows back and maybe the altcoin will follow the price and provide benefits to investors

it doesn't matter how slow it is, as long as they don't stop then they will finally reach their destination, it shows that they are consistent and that it is far better than the project that rises later after going down, they don't have good movement because they feel lazy or have give up
As long as the MimbleWimble integration works well and they keep introducing novel features that distinguish them from copy+paste coins - the sky is the limit, really.
Litecoin still has monumental potential when the fomo train departs again even though the investment is considered to be slow and stable. Litecoin is one of the best performing crypto assets.

Litecoin has a great future, because the devs are actively working on its development. Even a logo change has caused a great price movement and when the market recovers LTC will be one of the first coins that will fly to the moon.
Logo changed causes a great price movement, are you kidding me? Because the last time I checked the lightning network implemented and latest core released by the team are the reason behind the surge in price litecoin. However, I won't trust nuch inthe surge in price if I were you. 
Litecoin doubled and it did not have a big correction. There are people who build a theory that it Litecoin can launch a bull market.
Personally, I'm not that optimistic about Litecoin's long term success, it's what the silver of crypto so people say while Bitcoin was the gold.
Now, there's other technologies out there that do what Litecoin does but better, Bitcoin Cash, NANO, the list goes on and on.
Like I said, it was the Silver of Crypto but it serves nothing more than being a peer to peer transfer of cash. BCH has already taken over it in every way and is more globally adopted. I don't ever see BCH taking over Bitcoin and as such, for that reason, I believe that it will always be better than LTC.
I could be wrong, it's all speculation at this point but for me I just feel Litecoin is very stale, there's been nothing that 'excites' me that has come out of the project in the last year or so.
For me, while it's cheap I may hold a little but it's not something I'm going to have a large position in because personally I just don't believe in the project anymore, there was a time I did and I have a rule of thumb to only invest in coins that get me excited and Litecoin just doesn't do it for me any longer.

Currently Litecoin price is stagnant and stable, it's All Time High was $360 (source : athda .com) and current price is $59 (as stated on coinmarketcap). It will takes so much time for Litecoin to reach their All Time High again, or even beyond, but LTC is the top 5 cryptocurrency on coinmarketcap and i believe it has a huge potential in the future.
Well, every coin can decide to go as far as it wants when it begins with a run but the problem is that they are all basically moved by Bitcoin else their rises aren't actual good rises. Should Bitcoin pump very hard, many coins would yield a lot, in fact, a lot. And that is partly due to the fact that Bitcoin dominance over the market is still quiet high.
litecoin has the full potentials of reaching great height. it has been a two months success base on the market movement. it has been a green section for litecoin. from 25 usd to 58 usd within a period of two months. More good news is coming to litcoin and it may get to 80 to 100 usd before august.
In my opinion LITECOIN is really cheap right now and its one the most accepted crypto currency in the world and LITECOIN will improve its technology and will make ltc more usable and smooth.

I think that if the price of Bitcoin does not exceed 4500 dollars., Then the price of Litecoin will drop to the level of 40-45 dollars.

Litecoin is very good for the small transactions so I guess in future bitcoin used to buy gold then litecoin will be used for buying silver.
