For as long as it takes. For as long as it takes for the market to become favourable, and good price of the coin at least 1USD. This, I know will take time to materialise especially when you project the future price of the coin you are holding from its current price. For me, I am looking at holding for at least a period of 5 years, minimum. But if it favours earlier than the projected holding period, then its all good.
I hope I am doing right with my currencies because I see how people ell them and lose thir money
I was just wondering how long you guys plan to hold on to your top cryptos. Right now my plan is to hold on for at least 3-5 years. But that could all change depending on where the market goes. If there is serious mass adoption, I wouldn't mind holding for longer. I will probably hold on to LTC for the longest.

this is not how long my problem will hold the altcoin that I have but because I believe that the altcoins that I have will be able to grow in the future. it's about what I have examined and analyzed but there is always a risk that I will face.
Hm. I do not want to hold my coins forever. So I will look for an opportunity to place my sell order in the market. Just want to ensure that my profits will settle in this year. I am also waiting within 8 months and I don't want to take another year in holding them. I want to disperse my coins but I wait till I get a profit.
I myself will hold it for years before to say that it's a good time to sell it so I will sell it, I will make a big profit, I don't want to lose my money now so I won't sell in the near future
This changes according to the roadmaps of the my tokens. And I plan to keep most my tokens for at least 2020. But if the prices of the token reaches the maximum price that I have determined until 2020, than i can sell my tokens before 2020.
I planned to hold on to my Crypro till market gets better and probably yield me more profits. At this moment, holding is key.
I will hold it until the market recovers, I have the principle that it is better to wait for profit rather than cut loss, and I am ready to lose all my money if the market continues to drop, but I am sure that at the end of this year the market will skyrocket again.

It depends on how the team manage the project. As a holder of their token/coin my duty is to always monitor the project development news updates. If there is no progress no reason to hold on. The price changes in the market, so meaning, after 3 or 5 years we don't know what will be the price then. We might expecting that it will give high price but what if it does not. So for me, I will just try to hold my top coin until the day that I think will be the right time to exchange that coin but 3-5 years is not bad after all. If I wanted more longer then maybe I will exchange just some of it on the day that I think will be the right time and then the left ones is for long holdings so that if the price is not what I expected then I have lesser regrets.
the potential in the next few years will be difficult to know. much hope is certainly want crypto continued up and look at the current state of the possibility of such a thing would exist. to wait the time it arrives naturally opt crypto that has the potential to be big is beginning to do because there will be all crypto can survive just fine.
Ill hold my top coins as long s they are increasing the price, Actually ill have some different for now and this coins that i hold are have some potential. But for now some of prices of each are in low of price, So the thing that ill need to do is to hold it because this coins it is a longterm coin so ill choose them to buy until it be back to high price.
How long will I retain this coin, depending on the needs and market conditions. For the moment I will defend until the end of the year 2018. Because many people who said that at the end of this year all the coins are potentially cost goes up very high. Of course, this will be a special attention to all those who hold the coins.
There is no exact date and time on how long i hold my top crypto, it will only depends on market condition. Just observing and always checking the markets movement, without a plan it can make a bad decision and a big loss.
I do not make plans how many years, so many things can change very fast. But not planning to sell any time soon, maybe take out some profit, if things are doing good (not like in the last 10 month) 
I'm plan to hold my coins until it cannot be profitable at least or even 10% increase with home I'll buy.If ever the situation goes like this the market value was low that's the time I'm hold to long because we had no choice then wait until the market recover.
I don't have a plan for how long I will hold my cryptocurrency, because I will definitely sell it when the price rises, so there is no time limit on how long I will hold, when the price increases I will sell and when the price has not increased then I will hold.
I will hold my coins for the rest of my life because I think that the future is that of cryptocurrency and we must have some coins in out wallet to use it as our regular currency. I will sell some of my coins when the price goes high because I have many things to do in the future. I want to buy a house, a luxury car, start my own business and many more and for that I need big money. 
You chose a good strategy, I think it is one of the most correct, given the unstable behavior of the market. I would with pleasure have left all the money invested and not touched them in 5 years, so. But alas, I had the temerity to invest them in a not very favorable time, and therefore the cost of my capital decreased by 6 times. Therefore, I still intend to fill this gap trading trade and then certainly leave for a long time, for better multiplication.
