I think we should wait for the right time. That right time is when the market price increase. There is no other option but just wait the market price goes up.
You can HODL while still buying and selling. Just watch out for the pumps. Sometimes you will clearly see that it is a pump when the buying volume is so high. Based on my opinion and experience as well, I think a crypto user should wait to sell for as long as the the price isn’t increasing enough for you to become profitable. When the is high enough or even satisfactory you could get the opportunity to sell your coins.
