Agreed. I personally never know when I can sell a coin. But always put a conditional framework when I start to follow the course, a year, 1.5, two or more. It is also difficult to say something when they should or should not be sold at a low rate. If you do not sell now, the coin will fall and you will wait for the return of the course for a few more years. Everyone has their choice.

It doesn't need any wasted time. It depends on each one specific project. Once their token is listed below n can sell at any time. The only factor that can hinder that is if the price of the token is not that too good.
Sell can happen anytime once the coin gets listed. Also if you buy it for long term then you need not see the drop it happens in between as it has a roller coaster ride like btc. But if the coin price rises and you want to make profit then sell it and gain profit for yourself.

I will hold my coins until the price starts high again. But if at that time I really need the money . It is just a matter of preference. Really a wise thing to do. Waiting should always be a priority especially for the investors no matter how long would it take. It just depends on one's patience and commitment in order to earn profit. Obviously, this is not the right time to sell because the market value are mostly low due to the continuous dumps fron the start of this year. This can go on forever. A crisis of some kind. As long as the market is continuously rising you can sell your coin but if not then you need to wit until mrket is pumping again. Sometime you dont need to wait for long because market is increased rapidly but there's a time you will wait for a month before you can sell. And it wise when you sell your coin when market is rising because surely it can bring you good profit, while selling when market is falling is not wise thing to do .
Ideally you should sell it at the higher price when you last bought it for you to have profit. If you are patient enough to wait for the highest price then selling it in the future time. There is no really specific time. It just need a good timing to sell.
To hold or sell it depends on your needs as well, If there is no urgent need better resist as long as possible, Another thing if there is a sudden need, the decision is in your hands Because I'm sure this bitcoin will rise in price
