It depends on how much strong growth you expect from the coin. If I'm not sure about the big growth, I start selling parts, this is the most correct and safe way.

There is never a definite time that you have to wait in the cryptocurrency market before you can sell your coins. It differs greatly on each person depending on their preferences and goals. Personally what I do when I invest in a coin is that I set a goal, a target price if you may, that I decide that once it hits that price then I sell off my coins no matter what, it makes it easier.

Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
If you bought bitcoin at a high price, then you have to wait. You can't sell bitcoin to get big losses. Need a lot of patience! in summer or autumn, the price will rise.

It is really difficlt question, as never know, when grow stops.
I made mistake that i did not sell something in Jenuary, and I am still holding.
IN terms of crypto long term holding (for year or two) have to work, as all industry will grow more and more.
But if you want to fix your profit, then you have follow the market throw Reddit for example.

To survive, we will be able for a long time, I think bitcoin will not fall below 4K that's for sure.

But with its growth it's vague, I was hoping that by the time he gets to 15 K.

Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
Did you see any sign before it falls?if not why your looking for a sign of raising. For all we know bitcoin is volatile so we expected this downfall and vice versa..bitcoin is like a rollercoaster ride.. sometimes its up..sometimes its down..so lets hold on until it reach the top.. As long as we dont badly need the money..lets hold it on..

Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
I think that at last we all have waited for this moment. Bitcoin in the last two weeks slowly, with small fluctuations began to rise in its value and it revived the entire crypto-currency market. Almost all the altkoins began to rise. However, it is still rather difficult to say how bitcoin will behave in the near future. Now everything depends on the incoming news information. The situation is rather shaky, but not hopeless. If nothing hinders, bitcoin should continue to slowly grow and pull all the altcoins behind them.

It is simple to understand that sell when you achieve profit hold until you achieve profit, so basically how long someone hold or sell is depend when their start invest in the project and the progress of the market and the project it self, i mean you count the cycle of the market movements time, and you hold or sell based on your count.
That's how important planning your strategy, so in order to gain decent profits you need to have good plans each time you hold a coins, when you set your
target goals, then achieving it would be your term to sell or to buy your prospect, the more you plan the more chances that you will gain each time you
do some trades, practice and make yourself more comfortable with any strategy that you have.

I think we can keep them for a year or longer. We need to be more patient to wait for the right price.
I agree with you. We need to be patient and wait a right time to sell our coins. And this time many coin give sign to increase in price. So is better to hold your coin a little more time. And when the price going high in the next month and it achieve  the price you are wanting for. Then that is the time to sell your coin.

You should really make an investment plan and then run the numbers.

Here are some important questions to ask yourself:

#1 - What is your financial goal this year? (how much money do you want to make) You should divide it up into quarters (every three months) and set targets to meet in order to reach your overall yearly goal.

#2 - How much time and resources can you realistically put into crypto investing? This will determine if you should be doing day trading, buying low selling high, hodling, ICO investing etc.

#3 - What resources do you need in order to meet your goals? (basically, what do you lack that you need to learn about)

After you establish this, just crunch out your numbers.  How much you put in, how much you bought, what percent increase it needs to get to to meet your goals and by when.

This will then tell you when you should sell.
Trust me, it is a lot better to use knowledge and solid plan when doing crypto instead of just hoping to someday sell high and stressing out when it goes down.

this depends on the personal thoughts of each person, because everyone can argue, if you think altcoin that you hold still has the potential to rise, then continue hold, but if not then immediately sell it

We think now that there are good early signs of a bitcoin price increase, for me you will not be long you can sell it at a higher price, in the way you hold a more profitable price than you invested.

for this, we do not need to rush to sell our bitcoin .. because bitcoin is a long-term investment and it takes 6 months or even 1 year to hold it.
depending on ourselves to sell or hold our bitcoin.

You should not be selling based on time factor, you should have a target in mind when to go of the market either you are in profit or loss. If you are judging by time the market is very unpredictable and it can shoot up or down in a few seconds.

You should hold your bitcoin until the price of the bitcoin right now is higher than when you bought them. It means that you will get the profits. If you are panic and sell it when the price is lower, you will lose your amounts and it hurts.
Just do the research and be patient. Bitcoin is a good long investment. So, never be panic when the price is going dropped or low. Just wait for the best moment where you will gain big profits. Don't worry.
