I can not be certain how long we should wait, the most important when you really get the benefits, maybe a month, two months and even a year we have to wait to get a big profit.
It depends on the amount of profit you wish to achieve and also the amount one wants the token to worth before selling.
It depends on your profit target.you can hold your coins for several months for better profit. If price drops you can hold waiting for price to rise or probably you can cut your loss then buy again at lower price.
