For me I think it depends on individual satisfaction and what you want to achieve. Some people will want to get the fun for a whole day while other will be okay within few hours. I have seen many gamblers spending their entire day at the casino. I have spent more than 6 hours gambling several times and there are days I spend less hours. Most time it depends on moods and available liquidity.

my "free suggestion" as published on my topic related gambling advice:

4° Take a pause between the bet session. Depends in your quality, but every 1-2 hours make a pause where you "breath again", take a look of the previously betting session, drink water etc....

I think it's pretty normal because a gambler must always be "relaxed" and avoid to be "tired" from gambling.
Of course, if you're playing just to spend some of your time it's pretty normal plays for several hours without a pause but if you want to maximize chance of win or at least have a professional approach, you must take some breaks...

Depending on the budget spent, usually if there is still budget left I will still play even though I have exceeded my playing time limit. This is important to limit the budget and time when gambling but also look at the situation and conditions because I only gamble on weekends so I don't have much time to play again tomorrow on weekdays. So I will play until the budget money runs out even though it exceeds the time limit that I have set.

Yes, it's true what you said, it won't take more than 2 hours or sometimes I can spend 3 hours gambling if I still feel happy when gambling and there is still a budget that hasn't been spent, but if other gamblers don't have busy lives on weekdays they can set the time even though the budget has not been used up, they can still play it again tomorrow with the remaining budget accumulated for the next day. Everyone definitely has their own hours for gambling.  Grin

Of course, each gambler has their own time limit for each gambling session and of course this also depends on how much money is used to gamble, the more money and the bet amount is not too large, the longer the time will be spent.
But there is also gambler who has lot of money in his account balance but only plays or bets few times so it doesn't take more than 1 hour, it all depends on how gambler manages his money and manages his time.
Personally, gambling for more than 2 hours is troublesome activity because I still have to work or complete other things that can provide additional income, such as doing business or trading.
Gambling is just means or place to entertain yourself so you don't have to spend hours, after all we have responsibility to earn income to meet the family living needs or increase savings and assets for the future.

I know that each person with their own goals will have a different mindset, but I would suggest being wiser in responding to gambling and having responsible attitude, don't let us waste opportunities to develop just because we spend too long on gambling site betting.
Except for those who only gamble on holidays or weekends, it might take longer, but they still have to manage their finances and the time they use.

from my experience, there are many factors that influence how long gamblers stay in gambling and most important thing is that it usually all depends on the desires and goals of each gambler.

I often place bets beforehand on slot game, poker and roulette. usually I spend 1 hour to bet on one of these games and it all depends on situation if losing streak I will stop rather than force a bet it better the budget I have to bet next day but if winning streak comes I once spent about 3 hours on a game roulette But as you said, the longer you gamble, the more you lose.
this assumption makes sense because the longer you stay in one of the games, the house edge will beat the gamblers.

but for now, after I feel bored of betting on casino game for at least 10-15 minutes, I feel bored and choose to bet on sports betting without having to waste too much time and choose to do a side job.

We each have our gambling habits, and considering the optimal duration, the amount of money spent is affected by how much time we spend on gambling. For me, setting a time limit on gambling sessions is a responsible approach to ensure that it remains an enjoyable activity without negatively affecting other aspects of life. What I often do is take breaks during the session to recharge, set a budget limit, and assess whether the experience is affecting my mood and well-being. I rarely monitor my gambling activities, but I set a limit on how much I'm willing to lose, as well as when I reach my target profit.

Depends.
You said in your statement that there are gamblers who would try to deplete their wallets first before they stop. Well, that's one case. Let's assume a gamber deposited $10 and he is ready to lose every cent of it in just one day so he might try to keep on playing until everything was gone. If a lucky strike does happen and he gets a big multiwin it could make him play more and he won't think about withdrawal because he is ready to lose them all. There may also be a chance he will increase the bet amount because he thinks he is too lucky for a $10 deposit to go a long way.

Now, some gamblers just use the same money in 1 or 2 bets. Short-term but rewards could be satisfying if he makes the right bet. They also won't mind losing it and they don't mind if they play in a shorter time.

There are those who like keeping it safe. Going for a jackpot with a small amount of betting and I can say this could take a lot of hours before they win. 6 hours might not even cover it. I do this and it takes me 3 days sometimes just piling more wagering amount and winning in rare moments due to RTP. High multi wins but only a few x270, x600, or better x1000 but the profits won't be felt because of the low bet that was input.

There's an auto bet feature now so I don't think there's a best hours of playing anymore. You could just leave it playing while your eyes are resting.

Gambling is for fun, and actually, if someone wants to have fun gambling, there is no way they can spend six hours gambling or even spend the rest of their day gambling.

In my opinion,  the more time one decides to spend on gambling, the more money they lose. For example, if I spend like one hour gambling and another gambler spends like six hours gambling, which one of us do you think will spend more money?

So the question again is: how many hours do you gamblers think are more appropriate to spend while gambling?

Some individuals can spend hours or even an entire day gambling and still find enjoyment in it.

The amount of money a person spends on gambling depends on various factors, such as their strategy, betting amount, playing style, and level of greed. It is possible for some individuals to lose more money within an hour compared to others who gamble for six hours. The duration spent gambling doesn't have any direct effect on the amount of money a person loses. The only exception is when two individuals have the same betting amount and one spends longer hours gambling than the other. In this scenario, the one who spends longer hours is likely to lose more money.

The best strategy is to quit while you're ahead. If you're already losing, it's best to leave now. The longer you gamble, the higher the chance of losing.

So the question again is: how many hours do you gamblers think are more appropriate to spend while gambling?

Some people will say that they will gamble for as long as their deposited money is still not exhausted, while others will say that they will gamble until their urge is satisfied. But I think that it will be exhausting to gamble for a very long time, like more than 6 hours, and it will also cause the gambler to lose more.

I don't think I have gambled more than 2 hours without getting tired (not sure) Grin. I have not actually checked my gambling strength to know how long I can last while gambling; now that I have thought of it, I will try it.

I assume it's no longer Christmas Day, so happy World Boxing Day, guys.
There is no way to know that, since some gamblers out there may prefer to gamble just one hour per day, while others may decide to gamble the same number of hours but do so in a single session, and as long as both gamblers are still only risking money within the boundaries they set for themselves, then both are doing what is best for them.

However gambling too frequently and doing so in extremely long sessions could be a sign there is some trouble, and that people should relax a little bit and decrease the frequency at which they are gambling.

This question is more about logic, so I will answer it using logic.
Depending on the bets you place each round, six hours spent gambling may not necessarily cost you more money than a gambler who has only played for about an hour. Time does not determine how much money has been spent, there are other factors that can change the situation such as being lucky or playing at small bets.

So the question again is: how many hours do you gamblers think are more appropriate to spend while gambling?
There is no minimum and maximum time in gambling, it all depends on the situation that occurs when you play. Winning and losing are certain things in gambling, when you lose, you spend less time than when you win.

This would definitely vary from person to person but I do know some strategies by the casinos that help people stay in their casino by making their casino into a hotel. In my place, there are a lot of casinos and most of them have accommodations, meaning they could stay for the night and sometimes they are given free stays because they gamble a lot.

That would make them even more money because it takes a longer time to gamble. That's going to be the part where you need to acknowledge that you need to know the limit that you have to not lose a lot of money.
Yes, this is really that known or rampant here into our country on which there are really casinos which do even offer with those free rooms or food but of course it would really be that only available
into those gamblers who have lost a lot on which it would really be just that right that they would really be giving out that such free accomodation or food because they do know that they could really be able to benefit or get that huge revenue if ever they would really be able to lost even more money into the casino on which it would really be just that normal that they would really be giving it out.
How many hours for the best time for a gambler to quit? It would be always depending on the finances for someone to be able to reach out because not all would really be financially capable
and only to those rich people would be only be able to last up longer which is understandable.

Gamblers have no clue on gambling, they enter the space when they want, bet when they want and they're absolutely doing quite important jobs to put food on their table. On a second thought I keep asking myself this imperative question, how will an individual depend on gambling as a means for survival, why? We know how dissapointing gambling can be and can they even survive after succeeding in liquidating their accounts? These casinos you're referring to doesn't exists in just a day or month or opening, rather it took some of them years to start expansion of their casino and have become one of the free steady flow of cash for these casino owners.

Well, spending hours gambling really depends on individual gamblers. And it still depends on the intention and motive of the gambler. So, gamblers and non-addicted gamblers do the same for long or short periods of gambling.

There are others, like players who just want to have fun to forget the problem that they have; it takes them a few hours to play games in a casino online. And for the addicted gamblers, it is not possible for them to just stay for a while because they are addicted to gambling.

Maybe the best thing I can say is that if you feel like you want to gamble and you know how to control the money you bet, I think you should do it and don't stop yourself if you just want to have fun, but if you are addicted, that is where there is a problem in the end.

There are no definite standards for a gambler to maintain while gambling. Some only gamble for half an hour, some an hour, and some even more than two hours. It depends on the capital they use, what games they play, and how much they bet.

It depends on each gambler. If he had intended to gamble for some time, he probably would have. But as long as he knows that gambling is for fun, he will definitely limit himself. And if he has had enough gambling, he will definitely stop gambling even though the time he planned has not yet run out.

Me too. I could gamble for half an hour. But other days, if I only have fifteen minutes of free time and want to gamble, I will gamble during that time. I have never gambled for more than two hours, it would be very tiring and would cost more money.

It all depends on how we manage our time. If you have a job, of course you have less time to gamble, but if you are unemployed, maybe you will spend more time. Gambling all the time will definitely be tiring, especially if you have lost a lot of money. Gambling for too long will also cause There is a risk of addiction, so it's better to use it if you just want to gamble, it doesn't have to be every day and you also have to have limits, whether money limits or time limits, because this is very important for gamblers.

Allocating time is the same as managing your time not only for gambling but also doing other more important activities. If you spend too much time gambling, of course you will lose more money than those who spend less time gambling, even though we have fun too. Don't get too carried away with the fun of gambling, if you have lost a lot of money your fun can turn into disappointment.

every gambler has their ideal time. which of course will not interfere with work and rest time.
I use at least 2-3 hours when playing at the casino. and maybe less than 1 hour when I just decided to bet on football. in football betting at the weekend I usually just open and look at several teams that will compete and place a bet. I don't monitor my bets and only come back the next day to check whether my bets won or lost.
Those who gamble in casino games, definitely spend a longer time.

There are many ways to gamble. Many of which don't take so much time. Sports betting for example, or horse racing, or betting on a lottery aren't time-consuming so if you are into those, you don't even have to spend an hour.

But if you are usually betting on a casino, then you will spend longer periods. And they vary. If you are gambling on a weekly basis because you normally spend your day-offs in a casino, then you can indeed spend 6 hours. But if gamble every now and then, 6 hours is probably too much. An hour or two is enough.

I don't think that there is such numbers for gamblers, I mean if we have the money to gamble, then we are going to play as long as we want isn't it? So maybe a minimum of like 2-3 hours for recreational gamblers.

But for those who have serious problems in gambling, this can go on until they've lost everything. But wait, they will surely has to find another way to continue with their addiction so they will comeback in the next couple of hours and then continue their playing for more.

So no time limit, maybe even for those weekend gamblers who just want to have fun with friends and be entertainment, it could still consumed hours.

I don't have the numbers, but I do believed that gamblers can play more than that in one sitting, specially at a land base casinos. And during my height of my gambling days, I can easily play 8 hours straight, baccarat, roulette, machines.

I even see when I comeback, the same people sitting, same clothes and everything and so it means that they could have been playing longer. So there is no time frame for this addicted gamblers, as long as they have the money or produce money to play, they will continue to gamble.

It might be different for casual gamblers though, those who might want to just enjoy. Maybe 1-2 hours online might be a rough estimate.
