Actually not unknown person but my friends and my family members asking me about bitcoin. My friends told they want to know about bitcoin and earn bitcoin. But said them you first know about bitcoin then you can work with bitcoin.
I've definitely noticed an increase as far as the amount of people asking about or just general information regarding bitcoin lately. Never seen this many related articles on my fbook news feed or random pop-ups addressing crypto in general. The time is now gentlemen 
I has purchased so many stuffs with my earnings from bitcoin and this has prompted some people to start asking me where I got the money I used for the purchase, I told them categorically I made my money from bitcoin this had also made some suspicion among some people thinking that I was involved in internet scams I have to convinced them how I was making my money by showing them evidences and proofs e.g showing my btc wallet with all the sent and received transactions.
Bitcoin smells a lot so you cannot hide that you are using bitcoin because the profit and your change in life from bad to better will attract the people and they will ask you about the reason behind this change so! My family, friends and my neighbors are asking me about bitcoin now. Because till now my life has been changed a lot and it is just because of the bitcoin. Bitcoin is getting more and more famous now. 
i think nobody ask me about bitcoin . because my friend and family do not know abou bitcoin , so nobody ask me .
Well you are in good hands because you will not think of other people that are interested to know what bitcoin is and they will not bother you.

Why they are asking you if you are still just a newbie in bitcoin. But anyway there are so many people that are asking regarding with bitcoin now.

My parents, classmates, close friends and especially my siblings asking me all the time about what is bitcoin because they always think that it's a scam. They asking why did i get money in just posting in a campaign stuff I tried to explain them but as usual they just ignored me. 5-7 people asked me Many people still do not know the bitcoin. Some of my friends do not know what Bitcoin is, and now they have a bitcoin all day.
Actually there are few of them because bitcoin is not really famous here in our country that everyone talks about it. I have shared it with my relatives, and now they want to have an account to start having bitcoins. There is also a classmate of mine that already started earning bitcoins through signature campaigns, and I'm glad she continues to use it.
No more than 5 people, most of them ask me about the earliest way of getting bitcoin, when I say the easiest way is to buy in exchanger most of them are not interested anymore and consider bitcoin difficult and need big capital because current price reach $ 3780.

My big family and my friends. I tell them to buy at $200 but nobody care. But Bitcoin up until $4900 they turn crazy and always ask me, what is bitcoin.. Too late.. I already gave a warning but they ignored me..
We cannot really predict how many people were asking about bitcoin. But I know they were people all over the globe who are not yet a member of this bitcoin but were asking about bitcoin.

Actually no one has asked about bitcoin directly. Because in my environment not many people understand about bitcoin. But in cyberspace or social media a lot of people ask about bitcoin to me, and I just explain the basic info about bitcoin. Just google bitcoin, you will know the number of times people has searched it... that can be a clue to how many asks about it
are you google? the topic clearly stating that OP asking about us personally if how many people around us ask about bitcoin since I know that there's not much people who knew about bitcoin, as time passed its seems that additional people are now asking about this the problem is, they misinterpret btc since more scam coin who uses btc to attract people.Exactly the question is personal as to how many people are asking "us" about bitcoin, it can be our friends, family, classmates or even co-workers. It is very clear question actually. The same number of people asked me about bitcoin and its like only four of them. Three of them continue to use bitcoin but the other one was really hesitant. I actually do not know what happened to her as she have all these questions to me. Clearly saying that she doubts bitcoin. I do not care as long as we know that bitcoin is worth our time.

Actually, one of my friend who knows about its details ask me about it. But I can't know about it before. But none asks me about it.
My friends ask me why i have more money . I answered them and i said giving time . And they think what i said and few days ago i tell them about bitcoin and ask me how they join . From now on , my friends still using and pursuing to earn money from bitcoin

My classmates are now asking me about the bitcoins because they became curious why I have many money. Never , because I just learning bitcoin from google and my neighbor there is no hobby with the online world.

This was a similar situation I was having with this friend of mine, as at of last year, I tried putting him through, but now he is so now disturbing me with questions here and there. So, your neighbor will come to you as he starts knowing about it.

Some of my friends are started to ask me about bitcoin. what i can tell them is to join in here because myself was introduce by my friends also. im very excited can get in here and learn a lot by reading articles and new stuff. very happy can make some money also in here. never tough it can my life someday.
