Generally, I prefer 10-15% of the portfolio I use for ICO and according to there minimum order value, investing in any ico is very risky so I don't put too much money on that. It is just like gambling either you will get a big profit on that or you will lose your hole invested money, so always invest in ico which you can afford to lose.

I don't usually invest in an ICO but I guess if I am going to invest I would just spend my spare money.
Since I don't really trust ICO since most of them is just scam.

Personally, I rarely invest in ICO, and my investment never exceeds $100 because it is very risky. Even playing Russian roulette is not as risky as investing in ICO.

Mist times, the first thing to consider when you want to invest in ICO is not the amount to invest, but the authenticity of the ICO you want to invest in. It is when you are sure of the project that you begin to consider to amount based on what you have and most especially what you can afford to loose.
Then,if this is your first time of investing, you cab just consider investing into just handful of ICOs and not going after all that you see.

Hey guys,

I'm starting off with a relatively small budget, but I do want to invest in a few ICOs. However I have no idea what can be a potentially profitable amount, not necessarily short term, but in the long-ish run.

How much do you guys invest in an ICO that you believe in on average ?

I think you can try even with a small capital, this depends on your ability and desire. actually it's not important, the most important part is the knowledge that you must get first.

Actually, the amount of money that i spent in ICO depends solely on the quality of the ICO. The concept should always be on top priority because the more competitors it has on the market, the slower it will grow especially if its competitors are already well established.

This investment direction is high-risk, which is why it is impossible to allocate most of your Deposit. I decided that $10k was enough for that.

For now it is very difficult to find a good ICO, I think finding a non-deceiving ICO has been very lucky. Every day there is a new ICO project, and most are deceiving. I have never invested in the ICO Project, I try trading and it's more profitable.

A good question that makes you think about how much I really spent on my adventures, it seems to me that in general a lot, if you understand that now I’m not earning so much I mean normal work in the real world.

I have invested near the $1000 but it is not the end as I can see because as bigger my income as bigger my investments in the real time and in future.

Invest only your extra money invest what you could afford to lose.
But it also depends on you on how much do you trust or believe in their team and project.

The amount of money is not so significant for the beginning because your income will allow you to put more money there. So first investment could be very small. My first one was near $100.

It depends on the project, there are some hyped project then that I feel are quality project and invested more than the ones that are not hyped. I think the best thing is to be discipline and invest the same amount of fund into all investments because those projects that are not hyped attimes give better return than the hyped projects

everything from about 100 to 1000 $. Maybe more if I am very sure, that it will rise. Most of the time it would be better to buy it after the ICO phases...but yeah I cant wait if I think it is worth it Cheesy
Wow I think you have make a good profits on your investments on ICO. I'm hoping that sooner I can get a capital to invest in ICO as I still believe that their still few good projects to come that worth to invest and can give us good profits in the future.

yes if you are still studying $ 100 it is enough to invest in ICO, sometimes the ICO will increase by 1000% if you choose the right ICO, but the problem is that many ICOs are now cheating fake pretenders, in fact there is no action from ICO organizers

Well it depends on the ico i invest.

My biggest investment was 10 eth when eth was 300$ and my lowest was 1 eth when it was 500$

So it seems 500$ to 3000$.

I invested in ICO only 15% of my Deposit. I believe that reasonable management of your capital is the main task of any investor.
That's pretty good, and your investment in crypto is pretty low, but my opinion is that it's good, because the market is constantly declining, the investment in crypto is quite risky. ro, so we only expect small capital is the most reasonable.

The minimal amount if I want to try what happens. Usually not more than 0,2 Eth. The last great ICO was UBEX. It was traded on exchanges before the end of the token sale and the tokens were worth x4. But two days after, the everything dumped.

I have failed in investing once and lost me $100,000, so I think ICO is too risky and I don't invest in it now.
