20btc is not enough to run a gambling site imho, first you need to pay for the script/code, design, domain, your devs, promotions and many other thing. Even if you say that the 20btc is for the bankroll only then I think your site will not get enough players. Usually max winning on single bet is only a little % of your total bankroll, you wont give max winning on single bet = your total bankroll. The problem is that when you have low max winning amount on single bet then big players wont come on your site, perhaps only dust players will play on your site.
