Not sure where you are getting this form, but most governments dont like crypto. Some countries are pro-crypto so thats good for them but its still small in number and also we have anti-bitcoin governments as well. People dont need obligations - if you try to impose an obligation on someone they will mock you and go for an alternative, thats normal human nature. Not exactly correct. Blockchain has a lot of importance in IT but coming to ICOs I dont think so. ICOs are a use case of smart contracts at the most. Thats not exactly entrepreneurship if you are raising funds without actually doing anything - what most ICOs did for all this time.

Dude you wont find a money multiplier in every investment. In fact those who are telling you stories that their platform can give you several times of your capital do not believe in them. Those are mostly ponzis and you are free to put your money in any pyramid scheme out there if you are willing to risk it, I am just posting my opinion.Crypto will be very important for entrepreneurs to keep up with the times. Entrepreneurs must be able to program for themselves and their companies to be more classy and quality. Crypto provides a good solution for entrepreneurs and this certainly provides positive benefits for its progress.
"Classy"? The first question they face when you say that they accept crypto is that, "Dont you know its a ponzi?" People out there literally laugh at your if you mention crypto or bitcoin because they think its a huge bubble about the burst. Dont know if that is classy at all. We need more adoption and breaking of these fears before being into a "classy scale"
