There's no specific amount of risk in Butcoin but to estimate it, it is not that much risky. The onky risk is its volatility such that its price changes from time to tine and oftenly falls although it will eventually increase. And one of the problems is tmits legalizaation wherein Bitcoin is nit yet legal to most of the countries therefore, it is limited as a currency to those people who lives in those countries.

Bitcoin investment only become a risky type of investment when you try to short bitcoin because bitcoin is very risky at that point and it is better to hold it and make it as a long term investment rather than short term investment because it will not bring your the best results and shorting is not always resulting to a good one so better be safe than sorry.

Bitcoin definitely has its ups and downs though. Buying bitcoin has its risk just as any other investment does, but it has been the top performing currency in the world several of the past years.

Investing a lot in bitcoin is risky but still i believe that bitcoin price will increase in the future. If you are to invest in bitcoin evaluate yourself just invest first a little or amount that you can afford to lose if ever it fails but if you believe in bitcoins possibility to increase then you can invest a lot take that risk.

Hi all,

I think of course there is risk to investing in Bitcoin but as a 'late' Bitcoin enthusiast I think there is a long way to go. We are still at the beginning in my opinion.
Of course we've seen it bump over the last number of days but it's starting to creep up again. As always invest what you are comfortable with and don't invest more than you can afford to lose!

There is no telling when is the right time to buy, and its on you if you will invest in BTC, all of this are just predictions and speculations so there's no telling who will prevail. If you can afford what can you lose then invest on it, it might be a treasure or a stone, you might be a casual guy now or you might become a millionaire, the risk is there as well as the success, just make sure that at the end of the day you don't have regrets on whatever decision you will do today because cryptos are just starting, this might be bumpy ride but the travel and destination is worth it.

First thing before you enter in crypto world you need to be a risk taker because in all investment that u will join .. There will no guarantee that the money that you invest will return with interest or double ..some investment site are very risky

I can say medium risk. More and more people now are into bitcoin because its potential that traders see. If your into trading bitcoin you can surely make a huge profit.

The only risk in bitcoin investment is obviously due to price fluctuation matter .The value of Bitcoin is always a subject to volatility and therefore it is possible always to decrease suddenly. Increment or decrement of the market price entirely depends upon the flow of users and consumer rate.

But if someone has a firm Belief in virtual currencies then obviously it would take some time to earn profit but all he has to do is to continue with the flow and never stop investing in BTCs.

There is no risk? Oh god, look at the market man, there is big loss for the bitcoin owners including me. I'm not a short term investor, so it's not a big problem for me, yet the situation or worrying somehow.

When investing it is always teamed up with the risk. They say if the risk is higher then you will gain higher. But you are right, it becomes more risky when you put your bitcoin into hyip and gambling. Be sure that the bitcoin you put there is the amount of bitcoin you are willing to lose.

With trading and ICO it's safer than gambling and HYIP but you still need to have enough experience and knowledge before invested in it. Beside you also can invest in gambling or HYIP but I think you shouldn't do that, these ways are too risky.

my answer is: 0.0001% risk in bitcoin investment.
