I have earned more than the capital I spend. But I also had a loss. I always roll back my profit.
It actually depends on how active you are in line of business you chose like airdrop, bounty, day trader, swing trader or long time holder. I am only a swing trader so i don't earn that much because most of my trades are more on mistake or i lost most of the time. I sell or buy those altcoins unfavorably but i manage to get it back little by little. So far, i only earned 15% to 20% of my original investment on doing some trades for 1 month.
It depends on the situation; price the volume that you are holding on the coins in this market. I think that by investing in the bitcoin a great deal now, I can earn a huge profit in future. Bitcoin is the most reliable and profitable coin now. It is the leader of the market also. The more bitcoin I have, the more profit I can do.
mostly investing in altcoins are more profitable, buy cheap and sell high, its a simple strategy right? but you needed to gather an accurate information regarding with the coins that you have invested.

The amount of profit that you can get on trading or investing in altcoins is not fixed, what you can earn is always depending on how high a specific coin can reach/grow or how high is the demand for that coin. So why do people want to invest in altcoins? It is simply because cryptocurrencies are highly volatile which makes the price moves too fast, either up or down. It is also the hype that makes people invest into altcoins especially new coins that is being introduce. I do altcoin trading and I could say that sometimes I get decent amount of profit from a short trade.
I don't know how much I earn Altcoin until now. Probably not larger than legendary or hero member, but enough to increase my saving. Also help my family & friend when they need it. So I'm so grateful joined this forum, and hopefully this forum will be bigger in the future.

there really isn't any kind of limit to how much you can profit from investing in altcoins. it can be from losing 100% of your investment and going down to 0 up to millions of dollars!
it depends on a bunch of things. starting with your experience in trading and in knowing how altcoin market works conversely the pump and dumps. if you have no experience and want to randomly buy based on what others tell you and what they hype up then you will end up losing a lot of money.

that is quite impossible question. Also, I would never reveal that through my btt profile as if I was successful, I would become target of hackers straight away. Do your research and do not ask

for example, beginning of last bull run I've bought PRL on kucoin just for the fact that it was newly listed - make 300-400% on it...same with bnty - but I've kept most of my coins and lost all that worth

Altcoin brings a very good profit, if you have experience in trading.

It is very hard to approximate this kind of thing in my situation, I sell and buy coins regularly and periodically take profit.
Sometimes i take hundreds, other times more.
But keep in mind there are periods when i only lose money and have to Hodl are just lay off for a while to get my head straight.

As an investor that has coins for a long time i'd say i could have profited a lot by cashing out late last year, but decided not to and therefore have made zero. The lesson here is to find the peaks and then cash out!

Yeah, a lot of factor matters and most of it depend on one's trading knowledge. One can make based on one's strategy or as much as one wants to, but it all depends on when the market simply looks like the possibility of a trend wants to change. However, in cases of bull run for altcoins, it can be very huge and can even start from as much as x10 and above for some alts. All I can say is, in altcoins you can get x 3 - 4 - 5 ...10 of your investment in short time if you go right way and negative about that amount if you go wrong way or maybe unlucky.

It depends, it depends, and it depends. I cannot say my profit since the price is changed at time to time.
On growing market you can earn a lot on alt coins. But now it is to risky to invest in alt coins. I can advise you to join bounty campaigns. There you can earn tokens for social network activity.
