For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  Grin

So frequent before now, but ever since market been down lately, I have almost given up checking it. This is because virtually everything in crypto looks very frustrating. Hence, a feeling of discouragement has shifted my attention from CMC and other related links.

every day I open the site clearly. coinmarketcap is where the average price and this certainly will be a pretty good thing was always to be seen in order to be able to figure out how to price conditions globally. at least it would be necessary for investors and even traders daily.

Lately since prices have fallen that much, I just don't dare to opet CMC sometimes lol. In bull run I used to check it multiple times a day but now it's just better to not look at it. I do check time by time, but that would be like few times a week, not everyday. Let's hope market will get back up soon.

It's been a while that I last checked the coinmarketcap because I now make use of Bkockfolio which I check at my own leisure time to see if there is any improvement in the Cryptocurrency market.

depends, but if you are a trader you must refer to the marketcap, yes I am a trader and I am always looking for all new information to make research a benchmark in daily trading.

I have come to realize that coinmarket cap is now a daily routine for everyone involved in cryptocurrency. I even have the feeling that it is the most visited cryptocurrency website. I also visit it frequently at least twice a day.

Almost everyday I check on the marketplace to keep myself updated for what is going on in the market specially the the rise and fall of crypto or the increase of its value so that I will get the idea when to trade or sell my token..

Everyday, theres nothing wrong on checking the market everytime but some people get depressed when they saw a downtrend on the coin they hold that leads them to sell and take their own losses.

I used to check it more than that when I was actively trading ALTs but more recently I tend to look at market caps every few days and I have moved away from Coinmarketcap to other ones as not all my coins are listed there.

Usually, I check the value of the proposal like coinmarketcap, livecoinwatch, coinstats 1-2 times per day. Basically, some coin I invest in long term, so it is not necessary to watch many times. The rest I trade and just guess the price right at the trading floor.

for a few days I've seen a coin market cap almost every hour because I'm waiting for the right moment to sell an altcoin that I've held for almost 1 year and now there has been a price development

In my own case, I have already downloaded the app and I refresh it frequently to see the new prices. That is how I keep up with the market.

If you are a day trader, then of course you need to analyze everything and sit there almost without departing from the monitor. And for investors who have invested for a long time it will be enough once every 3 days or even a week  not to lose the market impulse.
From there, it appears who do daily trading with whom makes it as long-term investment. We can see long term indeed looks relaxed and promising benefits, than daily traders who are worried about their coins at any time, so it requires continuous checking.

dont be greedy
in 2017 I saved about 5 to 10 coins, so every day I always check prices to get the right selling moment,
but for 2018, I don't visit CMC very often, because I don't hold much assets in cryptocurrency

Previously, I saw it only 3 - 5 times a day. But in the last seven months almost every time I saw it because I felt that a big shock to the bitcoin price fluctuations would occur in the near future. It's this feeling that until now continues to play in my mind. Hopefully, what is present in my dream will come true.

Actually I cannot count how many times I open the coinmarketcap. But after the very dump market, I reduce my intensity to check the CMC. No, I only check the CMC no more than 7 every day to ensure what the market analysis happen today.

I do check coinmarketcap almost everyday to know the status of my cryptocurrencies either they are improving or dropping down. But recently when everything has went down, I only check once in a while.
