Not sure, maybe dozen times a day or when i get notification from CMC app on my smartphone if the price reach my target. I will actively check CMC if the market is in bullish trend or if i'm on actively trading.
It depends on what I am doing since I have many things to attend. If I am too busy and preoccupied with other task then once a day. Also it depends if I am doing day trading or long term. If I am day trading then I check on it more often waiting for mini pumps. If I am long term trading, once in a while is enough.
It do variate. Sometimes I check 3 or 4 times, sometimes many times, sometimes missing for weeks.. It is not fixed..
Every 3 days to check crypto prices like bitcoin, ethereum or other crypto. once a week to see if the tokens in my wallet are launched in the market or not.

maybe every time because coinmarketcap is a site that makes it easy for me to see the price of all altcoins. without that site maybe my job is twice as long because I have to open several exchange sites just to see the difference in price.
I think almost us daily go to coinmarketcap website to update the market information. I recommend you bookmark coinmarketcap website for save time when you tracking.
because im a day trader , im checking CMC every 1 hour to see and decide the best time to buy some coin or token, and when to decide sell my asset.
I'll visit it pretty much every day but typically don't spend that much time on it once there. I just want to see if there are any big movers.
To be honest I use to check atleast 5 to 6 times in a day for my satisfaction, as the price will increase slowly but things are different here. Holding my patience and waiting for my day for a good profit. I believe the market will change in couple of days.
Every day, I check to see how the market fluctuates.
For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 
I don't check prices on coinmarketcap too often, because at the moment I don't trade, I only see it when the token I hold, which is the income from the bounti campaign registered on the coinmarketcap

CoinMarketCap has really redefined crypto reference, though they sometimes have error displaying exact price on one place or another, they are still the best tool around.
Wow, it sounds rather dangerous to have your coins in a single exchange. Why are you not keeping your coins in your own wallet instead of the exchange's?

Several times a day, and if there is increased attention to a coin, it is much more often, the main thing is to be able to control yourself so as not to become addicted to checking every five minutes.
I dont check CMC much often, sometimes I check some youtuber channels - crypto daily or chico crypto, I only check CMC before my investment or before I want to sell my coin. It is a great source to check the markets of very small coins though.
i gave up trading, just continue mining and few bounties, thats why i dont check often as i did earlier, once a day i think, sometimes even not this much. i do not believe if the bull comes soon.
When there was a bull market, I was very sick of it. Updated CMC every 10 minutes. Now I'm a little cold and feel more relaxed about it.
I check the coinmarketcap website weekly. In the beginning I used to check it every day few times/day but now I am more disciplined with it and since I am holding long term anyway I think it is best to not check it more than once/week.
I also like you. Currently, I check on Coinmarketcap very little because I regularly check exchange rates directly on the exchange floors because the Coinmarketcap rates are average of all floors, so they are not accurate in real-time. The quick exchange rate is indispensable if trading.
When the crypto topic was so hot and trendy I checked the website too often and I also installed the app on the mobile and checked the prices every time I checked my phone.
But recently I check once or in maximum few times a week because I don't think now too much about crypto because it has lost the popularity and is not the same as before.
