A long time ago many casinos have no house edge but they all didn't last long. House edge is where the casino owners earns a profit so they will always operate their casino with it. I don't think an AI can negate the effect of the house edge and if it's possible I don't think it will be released for public use because creators of those AI knew that it will only cause a trouble. Still its a program you can make a request with the Chatgpt to make a system which is can make a predictions or make an odds maker and make a bet but in terms of injecting or getting a data from the casino i guess far from reality unless you make an injection to their casino so you can get a possible chance of scripting but in terms of using chatgpt you can just ask for the codes unless you really know how does it works normal player just for gambling with the chatgpt seems like a useless thing to use for them.

I don't think it is a great move to create an AI to beat the house especially if the casino owners will know that someone use an AI to beat the house if they are successful with the AI then I think they will make changes to their TOS so that using an AI will result in getting banned from their casino. Many people will think that it is possible to beat the house but in reality, they will only take what you have after some winnings.

If what they are looking for is to beat the house, they are very far from Reality, I do not know much about AI, but I know and I am sure that the programs that have been developed are to have a resistance to the AI, and each time they are Improving and Updating, so that is not a problem for those who are looking for or trying to beat the house, I also imagine that in every casino when a player is winning a lot of money, the alarms are activated and they begin to monitor the player's Movements, and they look for or study why they are winning so much, if it is an error in the games.
