I'm totally on the same page here.  This whole pandemic thing has really shaken up how we do our jobs.  A bunch of companies are letting people work hybrid now, which I think rocks for a lot of folks.  You get the perks of doing your thing at home in your PJs if you want, while still being able to hang out and chat in-person sometimes too.  For me that's the best of both worlds.  I love rolling out of bed at 8:58 for a 9 AM meeting once in awhile and  so having both options is clutch.

Working from home has actually become a double-edged sword to a lot of workers. It would have been better if working from home remains to have fixed time setup. The problem is that there isn't to many workers. I have heard of complaints from teachers here in my place that working from home has actually made them a lot busier than it was when they worked at school. They're now heavily loaded that the time they're spending working has actually increased. So while you're working from the comforts of your home, it isn't a big deal since you're still too absorbed in your work.
Yeah this is true. I had teacher friends as well that was fully loaded when it comes to modules during the pandemic. They told me that they need to work double time just to reach quota and finish all tasks before deadline. They even told me their tears fell without even noticing. Working remotely depends on what kind of job we are in just like BPO companies that offers work from home during pandemic. The best of 'em all was being a Bitcoiner on this forum just like we were enrolled to a signature campaign where we can manage to work anytime anywhere without boss and as long as there is an internet connection we're good to go.

And now that we are back in the normal, employees are required to go back to their desk job now. But as least though, for the majority we have experienced working from home. Although for me, I have experienced it way before the pandemic and I will agree that it has some advantages and disadvantages.

So it depends on the individual itself, I mean you still need to wake up if you have a early job and stay for 8 hours. I won't advice to just TV or anything though, just focus on the job and complete it like what you normally does in the office.

For me, having some kind of routine has been the key to staying productive.  I try to wake up around the same time every day, throw on something decent instead of pajamas, and work at the desk instead of the couch.  Setting aside blocks of time to focus on work tasks without getting distracted by Facebook or Netflix has taken some discipline.  I'm still working on finding the right balance between stretches of focused work and taking regular breaks to rest my eyes and stretch my legs.

It's definitely an adjustment but having structure helps me remember I'm still at the office, even if my office is now in my guest bedroom. Smiley

However, if I were in that position, I would never consider miscommunication a trivial matter, because if I underestimate a small thing it will trigger a big impact as you said. So I think we should be serious about our work even though it looks simple.

of course so, it should be so, no matter what kind of job you have and no matter how simple the work that is carried out must be carried out properly, even if the work is simple but done remotely it still has to be done as well as possible because it is our obligation to carry out the work itself.
-snip-
The person you describe is very important and even very reliable. But I think people like that will be rare and rare to find, right? But actually there are factors that influence people to become like that. Among other things, mutual respect/respect for each other, even between subordinates and superiors, I think this will create things like what you said.

I don't know about that, I just make sure that if we have a remote job we should be able to be responsible properly. maybe if people like this are hard to find, and if like that we should be one of them. where I also have a remote job that must be done properly, because it is my own responsibility.

respecting each other is what should be done, because everyone has sympathy for each other and this makes us have to respect each other, it's natural like that, but there are people who we already respect but they don't know themselves, and people like this tend not to have many friends. And also if you don't have many friends it will be difficult for work, for example work that must be done remotely, where person A doesn't want to communicate with his friend B but work leads them to have to communicate for the smooth running of their work, and this might cause problems in the future. so in my opinion mutual respect is a must.

It just so happens that I often share stories about work with my friends, and most of their stories are more or less the same situation. Yes, they familiarize themselves to make themselves comfortable, and from that familiarization, habits emerge that make them really comfortable.
Even from some of my friends they always complain and when they meet they always say to quit, and the fact is that until now they are still working in the same place.
When I talk to my friends who want to quit their jobs I always say, think well and if you really want to quit then we should look for another job first while still working. Because one thing I always remember, that our heaviness or discomfort at work is better than discomfort and pressure when looking for a job.
your friends are stuck in a rut, and you know it. We all do, don't we? The cycle of complain-and-stay is as common as it is frustrating. Trouble is, comfort leads to inertia. It's natural to want to take the easiest route, but at what cost? Your suggestion to look for a job while they're still working is more than just good sense; it's a way for them to regain their independence. But isn't there something more important going on? The job market today is a beast that is always changing and requires flexibility. When your friends are constantly unhappy with their jobs, aren't they losing out on chances to grow professionally and personally? They need to understand this: the pain at work is only temporary, but the staying in the same place for a long time. It's very important that you play the straight-talking realist. You're not just giving them advice; you're also pushing them to take charge of their jobs. Shouldn't they listen now?
Yes you are right, complaining is a trait that will always be inherent in every individual and there is nothing wrong with complaining once in a while, as long as we don't give up, not just in work matters, but in all aspects of life. I would even question when someone says they never complain at all.
Basically what I'm saying is based on experience, for me there's no way I can say that and try to give them that advice if I've never experienced it myself. In other words, what they're experiencing is something that I've also experienced, so I know exactly what they're feeling because I've experienced it too.
This is where it's sometimes important for us to share our stories with friends or others, because I think that's already half of the solution we need.

Now in terms of work, there is no job that suits us, so we have to get used to it. I am also one of those people who change jobs with the aim of getting a job that makes me comfortable, and to be honest I didn't find the job I was looking for. From there I realized that it must come from ourselves, any work if we can make the atmosphere comfortable it will create the comfort we are looking for.
I then thought, if we look for something we are looking for then it will be difficult to get or even impossible, not looking for it but we have to create it ourselves.
That is true, the ideal job that we're wanting to have is hard to find. But it's not impossible, there are people that have found theirs so congrats to them.
While that's hard to find, there's no option if we're in need to bring food to the table. Any job that we may be hired, there's no need to have a second thought if it's going to pay us decently and you can be the one to make it comfortable for yourself on how you're going to bring it.
Actually, that's true. Because there are people that don't like their jobs but eventually, they start to like it because of the vibes they bring to themselves.

I myself have experienced what you said, where I got a job by force because I needed money to survive but I didn't really like the job, because I also had a desire to work in a company that I wanted but it was not easy. It is rare for people who have an interest in working in a job that they like and they get the job, but what I know is that many of them get the job is a job that they don't like, my experience in this case. when I didn't like the job I had but because of the needs that had to be fulfilled so I forced myself to be able to accept everything well, and over time I also felt comfortable with the job that I didn't like at first. From this I learned that we only need to adapt to new things in order to accept them and run them well, and now I can do this job happily and always excited every day even though there are some work pressures that make me lazy to work, but because it's normal so I can accept it well without thinking about anything else or even resigning from the job I got. And by running the work that I run, I don't just work here, I also always submit job applications to the job companies that I want because even though I already feel comfortable with the work that I run doesn't mean I have to stay continuously. of course I also want to have a development where I also want to have my own job company so that I can recruit my friends who are still unemployed. because I want to create jobs to help the economy of my friends or other people.

because at this time looking for a job is not an easy thing, it is very difficult to get a decent job. in my country there is a requirement to pay first in order to get into a company that guarantees, but unfortunately I have experienced something that is not desirable. where I paid the requirement with a fairly high value and at that time I was told to wait for a job recruitment call, but I waited for a long time it didn't happen, not with a job recruitment call, there was no interview call and what made me sick was that the person who gave the requirement was my own brother. I don't know how my brother thought so he could do this bad thing. So in my opinion, I am still careful in looking for a job, especially those that are conditional on having to pay to be able to join a company because it cannot guarantee that we can join the company we are applying for.
For those people who dont have any choice then they would really be just simply accepting their fate since they dont really know on where to go and since we do know that competition is really that high when it comes to job and other opportunities then you wont really be that too choosy when it comes to the job on whats vacant. Even if it would really be that not part of your interest but since you do need money then you would really be just that simply accepting that. For most people or woker then they would really be just be abel to adapt and survive and later on they would really be loving their current jobs as the time goes by.
We do know that there are people who do easily adapts and just accept on what they do currently have but there are ones who cant really forget. They would really be doing their very best on finding for something
new that it would really be that in line with their hopes and interest.

Working remotely? There are jobs on which you could really be able to choose and seek for and the qualifications would really be just that depending on the job that are really that been seeked.
If you are someone who do really love on working remotely then it would really be your chancace to have one, but we know that competition would really be still there.

Working from your living room definitely has some nice parts, like not fighting traffic or wearing real pants.  But with the good comes the bad - not having a boss can make it way too easy to binge Netflix instead of doing actual work.  The work/life divide gets real muddy when your office is down the hall from your bed and  it's tough to flip the I'm clocked in switch when you never technically clock out.

Staying focused gets hard without other people around doing their thing too.  At a real office, seeing everyone else grinding motivates you to look busy too.  But when it's just you and your dog at home, its a battle to not just play fetch all day.  Procrastination can sneak up quick.

So in short - work from home flexibility rocks but it takes some serious self-discipline.  If I didn't have bills to pay, I'd probably just watch TV and never meet deadlines.  Good thing I like to eat food and have electricity.

These are some great tips and while it can seem like common sense, many people can miss basic things that make working from home tolerable. Personally I love the sociable side of going into the office and having more interaction with people during the week, even though I spend a lot of time on calls during the day it is still completely different to being there is person. Having that physical separation of the work space allowed my mind to switch off to work, because it can be far too easy to blend your day with lots of interruptions and end up spending too long working away. This seems to be a common problem because a lot of businesses must be seeing low productivity with the drive to get people back into the workplace.
A person who works for a fixed salary will always be more effective in an office workplace, since at home there will always be things to do that will distract you. But if you get paid for the work done, then you will be equally motivated both in the office and at home.

If there is a good team in the office, then perhaps this will encourage you to go to work, but for me this is not the most important factor, I can work both at home and in the office and I don’t see much difference for myself, perhaps I like working at home even more, of course, if no one distracts me.

I've been doing a home-based online job for a few years, then I added crypto trading, which I do three times a week, depending on the market situation. I'm in charge of the time, and I don't have a boss to follow.

This is what online income is all about; it's a good feeling that we get income via the internet, and then I'm still with myself if it's family or children, and we can go out to bond when we eat at a restaurant or fast food or go for a walk in a beautiful place with beautiful scenery.

Basically, working together well/compact, I admit, is the best thing of all time, because all work is done carefully and really understands the situation and conditions within the team.
This is really important, because a series of remote jobs that experience problems due to lack of communication between teams, this often happens in remote work. Remote work can actually be done well if they can communicate well, because even a little bit of poor communication can make serious problems, It is also unethical if only with miscommunication the work falls apart, even though this is trivial but it can have a big impact on work so Communication has an important role in remote work.

Also as you said, working together in doing a job will help the work to run well without any serious problems.

The key is good communication, do not let miscommunication occur in the work, small or large work that is carried out if done with a long distance must be able to do the best possible to be able to keep the work running properly.

Of course not, there are still many other jobs that someone can do to generate profits, such as long-term investments, if they do it well and consistently this will of course produce profits in itself. And of course this also involves responsibilities that must be carried out so that undesirable things don't happen, how do you do that? by taking responsibility for everything,  it will produce something good, but if they don't take responsibility for it, it doesn't seems like it will produce anything good So what they do must be their own responsibility because of course we all want profits in work or business and even investment.

Does this mean someone has to work continuously? What I mean is don't force yourself too hard to keep working,  because someone will definitely feel bored,  where if they do work non-stop like that it will make them bored with the work they are doing. Also with the development of technology today, of course many people already know about Bitcoin, although not everyone  People who already know about Bitcoin will probably invest for a long time in this case, but of course this also has a high responsibility because making profits cannot be done easily.  So whatever they do they must be responsible for what they do in order to produce their own profit.
Talking about long term investment. It will be nice to enter into an investment for a long period of time only when you have something that is sustainable to cover all you expenses till the investment will ripe and yield results. I wont advice those who are new to business or investment to go into a long term thing when he/she is still struggling to stand strong. It will surely affect them because they are not financially buoyant and sometimes they might develop the habit of tempering their investment little by little till there is nothing left. Business and investment is something should be planned and prepared for if not it will not be successful unless the person becomes lucky.

Also, if you love or have passion for the type of work you ae doing you wont get bored at all. Seriously, i have see many persons go into what they love doing and i see them doing ti with happiness for long as technology is increasing they are adapting the technology into the work. Unless you are referring to the type of work where the person is not in control or is working for someone else. Yes, in that case the person can feel bored and at a pont of time would want to stop the job and find something else doing.

yep that's right, a long investment can generate profits if we can run it well, it doesn't waver when one day because it has a price drop. and this long-term investment is done by certain people, not everyone can do it well, where there will be a journey that is not smooth, there must be some things that will be opposed to the long-term investment that is done. and these two things, namely business and investment must be done well, as you said must be planned and prepared, that's right, these two things must be planned as well as possible, must know how and do what so that this can run well, and must be prepared carefully financially, where it is to do a visible business. if for investment it might be different again.

maybe that's how I myself have adapted to a job that I don't like, and I can like a job that I didn't like at first. the work interests that people have are different, I think finding a job is difficult. So if you already got a job, it would be nice to keep it until we have a job that we like or is more suitable for us.

Working remotely is now a common thing, and some persons may quickly choose that option of work if offered by a company. Working remotely can become as hectic even more as working in the office if care is not taken. Before sharing tips on how to effectively manage working remotely, some major disadvantages and problems this can cause are;
Quote
Distractions and lack of boundaries
Many people work from home because they want more time to spend on their hobbies or with their family. But the lack of a concrete boundary between work and home can lead to distractions such as interruptions by the kids or doing domestic chores during work time.
Knowing when to stop
As a remote worker, it can be difficult to know when to unplug and stop working, making work feel never-ending. In one study, 39% of remote workers reported working longer hours than they were supposed to.
Loneliness and isolation

To effectively combat those issues, here are some tips;
Quote
Find the right space
Whether it’s a room in your home, a shared workspace, or a favorite coffee shop, the environment matters when working remotely. Make sure temperature and noise levels are comfortable for you, you have plenty of space for your equipment, and it’s somewhere you’re not likely to be disturbed. Look for areas that offer natural light to help you feel energized.
Set a schedule
Working remotely often means more flexibility – so you might have more choice about when you do your tasks. But while this can be a very good thing, you might find that not having such strict deadlines means work bleeds into other areas of your life, which can be stressful. So it’s important to set yourself a schedule and stick to it as much as you can.
Get dressed
No, seriously. It may be tempting to work in your pajamas, but it won’t make you feel professional. And it’s not a good look on a video call. Clothes influence our mood and emotions, so wear something that makes you feel motivated, professional and confident. Getting dressed for work will also help you mark the distinction between work and home life, helping you switch off when the working day is over.
Plan breaks
With no prompts to take lunch and coffee breaks, remote workers can find whole days passing in front of a screen. Taking a break is energizing, especially if you can get outside, so set yourself a schedule and make sure every day features at least a walk around the block. If it’s not possible to go out, get some activity going indoors.
Communicate, communicate, communicate
Working remotely requires more communication – not less. Use instant messaging and group chat to stay in the loop with colleagues and projects, video call into meetings, and above all, check in with colleagues and managers.

Not liking your job and still doing it? Why is that, because I'm confused, I'll stick to any job that foots my bills, and trust me when I say, I'll give in everything for the best results, it's encouraging to watch someone you know have grown to become successful in the system, that's all the motivation you need to remain balance. Who are we to rejects or turn down valuable jobs? As long as it's longterm and foots our bills, we just mellow and accept it and still be persuading for our dream jobs, which most people have losen patience but they can be ready to embezzled all the earnings from the jobs.
Because we're in a modern world where most people work with the jobs that they don't like. The battle today is just all about surviving and bringing food to the table.
That's something new to those that might be new as well on the job market but this isn't new anymore even to the old ones. Working on a job that is not your forte but still works on it.
Anyway, eventually you'll like it when you get used to it.

Someone who has a job of course they have to be responsible for the work they have, because it is clear that they work there so they should be responsible for their work, if they are not responsible it is better from the start not to work. And also when they don't have a job it should be as a man must have a job because basically many things must be his responsibility. As a man, it is certain that they have responsibilities not married or already they still have their responsibilities This cannot be hidden even not only men, women also have responsibility for their work, because there are also women who focus on their careers so they must be fully responsible for their work or career.

Many people waste their working time because they are bored with their jobs and maybe they are looking for other things that can make them happy even though it is risky, maybe there are people who are bored with their jobs and look for other things as an outlet, but there are also people who run other things that have an impact on their main job or ignore their jobs, well here they have lost responsibility even though it is relatively small. My advice is that if they are bored with their main job, it is better to ask for a day off to find new things or take a little vacation outside of work, and return after the day off is over. Maybe this is more effective than looking for new things during working hours that make the main work disturbed, after all only a fool who ignores the work he has, there is no way we want to lose what we already have, and if you already have a job it's better to keep it better can be promoted. So if people have a good mindset, in my opinion they will take responsibility for everything that should be their responsibility, because they have a good mindset so there is no way they will take off their responsibilities that have become their own obligations.

Are traditional professions the sole method to fulfill duties? Why not broaden our understanding of labor and duty in a rapidly digital world where Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are redefining financial paradigms? Bitcoin is the commitment to a decentralized value and effort system, not just an investment. Digital asset management rather than a title offers a break from the 9-to-5, sometimes constraining job. This future outlook may help you balance job and responsibility.

Taking time off while bored at work is crucial to productivity. We must accept that our century provides unique paths to fulfillment and responsibility. Bitcoin investing, blockchain research, and gig economy labor can be rewarding and demanding. These careers often offer more time and effort flexibility than traditional ones. Breaks are good, but shouldn't we encourage exploring these digital frontiers of work and responsibility? They must start a financial revolution, not just make money.

In everything, of course, there will always be advantages and disadvantages, including working remotely or WFH. Certainly with WFH we can make preparations more relaxed than having to go to the office, for example if we have to leave 1 hour earlier than the time of entry to work with WFH we don't have to. However, I do find WFH a little boring, because if we are used to communication or meeting people, with WFH we can't do that. If I can choose which one I want to do more, then I want to keep going to the office, but on the other hand the time to go to work is a problem for me, because I have to fight great laziness. Lol
There are people that are definitely at their best moment with WFH and don't want to get out of that setup. And there are also those folks that like to socialize with their co workers personally. So, as a worker, find what you are comfortable with and what's going to make you more productive.
But to me, I find more productive if the WFH is going to be permanent for most companies for the positions that are doable.
On the time that we are experiencing some struggles then we would definitely be that needing to deal up with things even if its against with our interest. Lets say that we've found some job but it is really not just in line with your interest then it would really be just that hard to accept it out but on the time that you are experiencing some problems then this is where things do start to make you realize that you shouldnt really be choosing on whats your interest on things. Yes, you could apply for another one but you cant really be able to make yourself to be so sure that you would be able to get the job that you are wanting into. We do know that competition is really that high when it comes to job seeking on which other people would really be liking to look for some job too because surviving nowadays is never been that simple
or easy.

Doesnt matter on what are the jobs that you do able to have whether offline or online, as long it does fit out and make you do able to earn then this what matter the most. Just like me on which i had applied on a job
which is really that too far with my expectations but since i dont have any choice because i do have a family to feed then you would really be needing to adapt on whats up into your front.
If you do choose yourself on being choosy on the things you are really that dealing with then its up to your own choice.

Of course, the key to successful remote work is good communication and all team members know what to do, most problems occur because there is no good communication, besides that the head of department must understand the job description and be able to provide solutions if problems occur.

However, if I were in that position, I would never consider miscommunication a trivial matter, because if I underestimate a small thing it will trigger a big impact as you said. So I think we should be serious about our work even though it looks simple.
