Positivity is a blessing of life. If you are a positive person then you can do any kind of hard work easily. Positivity gives you power from heart to do anything which is hard for you. If you are not a person then you have someone in life who motivate you a lot to do something in life. That type of person you have in life is blessing. Be positive and stay forever if you have this type of person is the success of your life.

In difficult situations first you need to control yourself and focus on things that work for your betterment Always think positive Negative thoughts should actually be avoided and you should think that there is no such thing as negative, negative things help you to do positive things
Nothing in the world is permanent just like negative things are not permanent you just have to think positive and think very soon the negative times will pass and your day will come. Try to understand your own place and situation to get something otherwise negative thoughts will come due to failure.

There are few tips I used when I crossed this area of Life and those are .

  ..Be with People that also has Positive thoughts and views in Life.

  ..Never  Lose a trust in yourself because you are the only one that can make things right for you.

  ..Lean in God and have Faith for everything you are going


Have been there mate, trust me it isn't easy but as I used all my tips given? yeah it did changed my life

That little hope that you said is enough reason to be positive , other people also losing hopes so when you say there a small/little means you can use that to make things changed

   - Be with people that also has positive vibes and not those negatively living humans .


   - Have faith in what you are doing , use every single step to go up and not to fall down.

   - communicate constantly to all the people that concerns and loving you .


Those are what I did when I am in your situation so I hope that would help you feeling better now .

Positivity is must to do something good in life. Without positivity you can't do anything in life. Because positivity helps you to do good thinks in life and good thinks make your mind and heart fresh. That helps to gain self-confidence to do something good in life.

Your possibility of being alive should be a primary hope of possibilities because hopes are only on he who is alive because there could still be tendencies for corrections at where mistaken.
However, there is always a wall you can lean your confidence at any difficulties if only you are determined to make positive changes to inhale courage and exhales fear of breakdowns.
At it all, you have the power to decide that the awkward moments is definitely not how the story is going to end.

The list of things that help me to be more often in a good mood:

1. Read less news
2. Often walks in a park
3. Time limits for social media
4. Good and health sleep

Simple stuff, but really effective.

always be grateful for what happens.

rather than being grateful for what happens i like to find the good things that have already happened in my life

some things just  don’t really work out some things happens harm you and you just have to accept that it is what it is and instead look at the brighter side like yeah i have 2482 problems but i have 3 good things i love that i have in my life and that’s enough to keep me living and push me to survive every day

Positivity as the name implies, is the best thing to ever do in life. Life is all about being positive. When you are positive things works out for Good. In times of difficulty we call on God and he will make things easy for us.

Yes, I can add a little to your opinion. There are several other ways to get rid of negative thoughts & relieve stress.
1. Believe that negative feelings are not all bad.
2. You can pour everything out by making a journal.
3. You can also try refreshing yourself outside the house, breathing fresh air (such as going to the park).
4. Stop judging (Judging is like comparing yourself with other people, because it can lead to negative thoughts).
5. Focus on yourself.
6. Don't worry too much.
7. Lastly, you can try relaxation & meditation.

The first and most important thing to do is to know yourself and know what you really want. Many people don't know what they want and what can excite them in their personal and work lives. To help you feel more positive in life, reflect and decide what kind of things you really want and can make you more enthusiastic. Once you know yourself, look back at your life and find out if there are any similarities between your expectations and reality. Try to pay attention to whether what you are doing now is in line with expectations or at least heading in that direction. A less positive attitude can arise because of these mistakes. After understanding the image and belief in the source of happiness, do what is necessary to achieve that hope. Because, by thinking positively we can gain new enthusiasm, new lessons, new experiences, even new friends.
