how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???

Already a lot of people wrote here and probably told everything there is to it but my input is that if I keep being negative the bottom looks really grim and I can't accept that. It isn't something logical, I just start thinking about who I am and my life.

I think gratitude is very important. If you count your blessings and focus on them, you'd feel more positive about life.

TRY TO meet with your friends, eat healthy food and don't be nervous! i always try to be active on the fresh air. also be friendly

Think of all the good times you’ve had in your life and wash away all the negative thoughts that are around you. Surround yourself with the right people who have a positive mindset and positive vibes.

What works for me is try to see the best in everything. Even trying to change yourself towards more positive thinking will eventually help you to actually think positive thoughts.
This is a lovely thought. And I think helpful too. I believe how we decide to take things will determine our life course. You don't like something and decide that you gonna put your energy into critizising it, it will make you unhappy. Yet when you take an approach that maybe you learnt something from the bad thing or anything as such, you guide yourself to more positive thoughts.

After the storm comes the calm. It is a very famous saying in my country, and really with a very encouraging message, and it is true no matter the difficult situations you face in your life, in the end there will always be that light that fills us with hope, what is really important to face difficult situations is always positive and think things with a cold head, it is important to take the decisions without being too happy, or very sad, take them when your mood is calm and allows you to make the right decisions. What works for me is try to see the best in everything. Even trying to change yourself towards more positive thinking will eventually help you to actually think positive thoughts.

Just don't think about bad things really, i just try to think about good things always, otherwise i'm depressed. Also, you can listen too music or go to club with close friends, that's help me a lot.

The things that I'm going to suggest are generic but I guess maybe that's the only way, Just try to not let emotions get the best of you, and learn to acknowledge that there are things beyond your control.

You can try to surround yourself with positive people, but this does not always work, it is only self-deception. It is necessary to change something in life, to do what brings you joy

Always eat healthy food, drink less alcohol and undersatnd your feelings! the most important thing is to like everything what u re doing) i always eat sweets) for me it is the best Tongue ;
