I can share one advice with you all:

Your physique and your thoughts are linked.
For example in you a gloomy, others will see that because of your posture etc.

So, if you want to be positive and feel happy try some of these exercises:
1. Try to force the smile on your face. Yes, just like that, sit and smile, from 30s to 1 minute.

2. Do a "Superman" pose. Just stand like a "Superman" with the hands on your hips for 1 minute against the mirror. It works.

Sometimes it's very difficult to remain positive in the face of hopelessness, but no matter how bad your situation might be, there is always someone who is worse off than you, so I always try to be grateful and see the glass half full. I also believe in God and turn to him when I feel depressed, and he always helps me to get through it.

Just look at the world. The people who are miserable than you. People suffering from poverty and illness, people losing everything they have.
It's you duty not only to make you and your family happy, but also to make this world better for the less opportune ones.

see what you have in life instead of all the things that you dont, life is like the market it goes up and down all the time big swings or short swings , but if you zoom out you see that it goes up in the long run Smiley

There are many ways to be more positive in your life, even when you’re experiencing sadness, anger, or challenges. Research suggests that we have powerful capabilities to choose positive emotions and ways of thinking. In fact, our emotions literally change our bodies on a cellular level. Many of our experiences in life are a result of how we interpret and respond to our surroundings. Fortunately, rather than repressing or trying to “get rid” of negative feelings, we can choose to interpret and respond to them differently. You’ll find that with some practice, patience, and perseverance, you can become more positive.

There is no one way to remain happy through all of your sad times. One important factor that I highly advise against listening to is the quite common types of answers such as  "Life is worth living and one single instance can't knock you down", "There are people out there that have to go through their lives with depression and other severe mental illnesses you can fight through it", "There are wars and other horrible phenomena all around the globe so you should be able to get better" etc. Such responses, although they may have been written with good intentions can be quite harmful to a person who is undergoing such feelings. It nullifies their pain, making their suffering seem like an insignificant matter, which can lead to a disconnect with your feelings, which can easily lead to heavier forms of it, like depression. My advise would be to understand why you are sad.You need to confront your feelings and treat them accordingly. Sometimes they can be nothing but a whim, while other times can only be described as an irrational fear, a pressure on you that is asphyxiating. But a lot of the times a very good response to something like that is to simply vent them out. Be it you sitting in your room alone wandering down some paths of your mind for no other reason than to wonder, angrily throwing a small fit of rage cursing your bad luck, or talking to friends, are good ways to free those emotions. In my opinion the most destructive thing that you can do is to hold those quite strong feeling inside you. It can easily allow them to grow and subsequently consume you. So through my experience the best way to remain happy is to not allow your sadness to grow, for being sad is not bad, but on the contrary I believe it to be a fitting pair to happiness, but allowing your sadness to grow too much can be catastrophic. And to top it off with you making this post you have so many people lending you a helping hand, each to their abilities. And if that isn't a reason to feel a little less sad, then I don't know what to tell you.

I am usually at this kind of situation and I have found a solution to that.
When I don't feel very well, I am thinking of my family and they happy moments that I lived and I have to live with them in the future. Then, I don't worry about anything and i am out of stress.

My opinion is that the best way to stay positive and happy is to travel a lot and meet new people.

This is something that i’m searching for an answer everyday. Positive people always find the strenght to achieve their goals, they move on in every circumstances. Positivity is a power. I hope we all can find it in our soul.

When im in difficult situation maybe i watch some motivation program for my self or read some motivation book.
My idea is different,if you feel low and mostly facing failure then read the stories of failed people which can help you to find where did you made mistake so you can be aware of making those mistakes in your life.Be different if you want to be more successful.

You can be positive but not all the time.
It's natural than sometimes you will be negative or pessimistic.
It's like ying and yang.
Sometimes good things comes to our way, sometimes bad things.
We can't avoid it but at least we can try to overcome negative feelings as soon as we can and move on.

And think positively and develop solutions to all problems,
Consulting friends,
Good planning for the future,

To be positive in negative times, think of homeless people and be aware that you are still here and not out there in this cold time. Positive and think about the reasons that helped you become better.

Jusy keep the faith in everything you do,never let the bad scenarios take the positivity in yours, we are human and deserves to commit mistakes but we can recover and try not to do the same mistakes again

Sometimes you have to not only pretend that you are strong and positive, there are times when you should actually draw strength to not let you fall, there are many challenges that are placed in this life, just repeat that you are competent to do everything that you propose and do not see it as something difficult.
