choosing a good bounty will depend on your preference and will not depend on others opinion . you should choose a bounty based on your needs , let say a bounty is paying small but if you think that you are ok with thier rates , then you shouldnt have a doubts to join them . some people are too picky because they want a high paying bounty which is a bit rare for now , mostly the ones that you see are only promising but not legit at all . they are only attracting users for free advertising , so beware of them .

As for the basis of the bounty reward, it is much better for me that it is fixed and if possible the project has already reach softcap or near softcap since sooner or later it would eventually reach softcap so that you will know that the project would push through.
