i think before you choose bounty project, you must survive their's white paper and plan for the future, if you think that's bounty is a good project for the future, you can take it ..

To choose a bounty that is legitimate you must first check out the bounty manager and his track record. Also you must check the team behind the project to be certain that they're not scammers. Also read the whitepaper to grasp the idea behind the project, and check if it's innovative enough to attract investors.
To know the income you could get from participating in the bounty, check the bounty pool and the percentage allocation for the specific campaign you want to do whether social media, media or signature and other campaigns.

Let chose bounty > 1M USD.
Good project with high rating > 4.0 on ICObench
Community is growing
Bounty manager is professional.

My favourite bounty campaign: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty24m-gbp-organicco-green-tech-proven-technology-3777991
I agree with you, it's almost similar to the method I use. Usually I'm looking for bounty that ico.nya already running. I see first development for several days whether the coin sold quickly or not. Sometimes I look for ICO that is almost hardcap and follow the content campaign. I will check what the project will do and the roadmap. After that, I will check the team, advisor, and ceo. If I think this project is good with a good team, I usually also check through top web listings such as icobench, icodrops, trackico, etc.

the  important is the manager of the company. follow them , there are managers who are looking for only good projects, and there are managers who take everything and professional.

It is true that there are a lot of bounties and it is very difficult to determine a good bounty. You can research about the project, read white paper, learn about the team, but there is no guarantee that the project would be successful. One thing you can do is to join a lot of social media bounties, who knows one of them would be lucky one.

Check the max cap first, if it promises millions of $ I wouldn't even look at this, those kind of projects tend to lead to huge dump, just like if you would invest, check the team, community, partners etc.

Well, I'm not a professional when it comes to Bounty, because I'm still a junior member, but in my opinion, the best way to find out whether a profit is profitable is to join their community (group chat telegram), why I recommended it ? Because if the marketing team is good, when it comes to processing their investors, then it will be good in the market.

Nowadays, when there are a lot of companies in scammers, it is very difficult to choose a good bounty company. In addition to the conditions, I still chose a few bounty managers with whom I work.

We all know that there are a lot of bounty in the bounty section as we can see, but my question is how to choose good bounty campaign that we are able to  earn money? Many people mention, that the only way to determine whether the bounty is profitable or not  is by reading its white paper but may I ask to those expert here what is the other way to determine the profitable bounty?
If you can select a profitable bounty then you need to consider the whitepaper of this bounty campaign and also need to consider the project roadmap as well as their admin panel. Most of the bounty hunter want to get the profitable bounty campaign where they can get payment but all can't capable to this. So if you can choose the profitable bounty campaign you must need go though the project whitepaper and their roadmap.

First of all I am not an expert, my answer is just base on my own experience. The bounty I choose depends in different factors like the period it will run (because it will takes so long I will not grab it) , the allocation of the bounty (so that I am sure to gain big profit at the end), the manager (if the manager us trusted or just a scammer) and how many posts per week (I can't do it if it requires so many posts).

The best way to choose a bounty campaign is to participate in projects from popular managers: AmaZix, TokenSuite, BountyHive

In my opinion you have to fist check the site rating and background of the team manager and then to read the Whitepaper.

Well in my opinion, I think firstly , I will go through  the website of the company and the team who is working behind that project . I will take deeply knowledge about the project and the company from the white paper and company's website. Then I will take the decision about which bounty I have to choose the work.

To choose a Bounty first you'll to do some research about that ICO's you want to join, check its background and by reading its whitepaper, their future planning, their active team, and also its platform. For you to need it, you must need to read in advance in any bounty campaign for you to choose that right one that helps you to gain money.

This is only my opinion. This is how I choose my bounties. So it's up to you.

Another one is to check the people behind this Ico are these real people with good background on the project they are promoting, I find out some of these so-called teams are just rundown people from the internet stealing the identity of other experts.

Very often scammers create fake accounts for linkinds in order to deceive people. I think that in order to be sure that the project in which you are investing is not fraudulent - you need to personally be familiar with the organizer of the project.
