Check reviews from others and look for the community . The higher community the better. Roadmaps is also an indicator if the project has a good potential. The teams and advisers if they are active and much experience.

maybe most people do not like to read (white paper), like me. what I do is look at the ICO rating, then the number of participant bounty in telegram, usually the more successful the greater the success, and the last I see the sale, when it reaches softcap can be sure 80% will succeed. that's my opinion
