to be honest i don't have time to convince people to buy bitcoin. as we all know that time will tell what will happen in the future, and since it is that way, let them realize it themselves instead of you desperately convincing them to buy.

what happened to me was that they asked me about Bitcoin first. they doubt and think bad about Bitcoin will not be as good as Gold and stocks. however, it makes me have to argue to defend my own opinion. because I did put my money on Bitcoin, not on gold or the stock market.
it is indeed difficult to convince someone who is already skeptical of Bitcoin. It's easier to give opinions to those who are attracted than to those who hate. but with the attention and the inquiries made, I think, that means they have their eye on Bitcoin. Of course, they weren't buying Bitcoin at that time and it was bad, but if they look at how Bitcoin overall has been in the market so far. I'm sure they will regret it because in the past they hated Bitcoin.

whether they will regret it in the end or not, at the very least they believe what they wanted to believe and i didn't interfere or looked desperate enough to be accused as a scammer for actively convincing them. nowadays it would be a lie if most of the people using internet are not aware of crypto, for sure even if 70% knows about crypto and chose to be more skeptical, it is already their choice not ours.

The Bitcoin skeptic, in my opinion, can be convinced by the following arguments:

Bitcoin, unlike fiat currencies, is a deflationary financial asset.  There can be no more than 21,000,000 coins in the world (in reality, less, since some of the coins have not yet been mined by miners, and some are lost and permanently withdrawn from circulation).  Therefore, based on this, the price of bitcoin will increase over time.

Bitcoin is a decentralized asset.  Bitcoin cannot be subject to international economic sanctions.  The first cryptocurrency is very convenient for cross-border payments.

Bitcoin in the future may become an international reserve currency and a protocol for transferring value in the virtual space.

Although within this community Bitcoin is practically the only currency in which everyone believes, just look around a bit and we will find thousands of people who think otherwise.
At this point I wonder, what reasons should we give these people to make them realise that Bitcoin is a right choice? The first argument that comes to mind to convince a person who is sceptical about Bitcoin, is first of all that with Bitcoin you no longer need to delegate the custody of your money to a third party (banks, mutual funds, etc.): you are the master and you hold them. What else would you add?
I don’t think convincing skeptical people is the right choice. They will always have their last say no matter how you educate them. So let them have their own decision. Because if we keep on pursuing them to believe us, they will end up blaming us when things did not work well with bitcoin. Bitcoin is a good currency and a good investment as well, but sad to say only few have realized it. The rest are still skeptical until now, and we can’t do nothing about it. Just let them see what we have got with bitcoin, eventually they will realize that bitcoin is legit and success comes only to those who believe in it.

That's so true and been there, done that.

When there's money, they'll also be there and believe me that they'll make it look like that they're the most enthusiastic person in the world when they've seen the market is on its shape again during the next bull run.

But it's up to you whether you'll entertain them or not because what matters to you won't matter to them and vice versa. It's the genuine interest that we're wanting to see from these people and that's why I'm exhausted talking with those type of people.
We arent here to entertain them or really obliging ourselves to tell them the opportunity on where this cryptocurrency market could give or just simply speaking or talking about Bitcoin.Just like the rest above when speaking up something about Bitcoin into those person who doesnt really have much idea or zero knowledge on crypto then hesitation would really be there. Some people are really that open minded but there are some who do really make out conclusions without  even trying to know on whats the real deal. They do really have those argumentations which is something that you would be needing to correct
and clarity it out.If they would continue to argue then its better to leave and end up the discussion.
I think we're just done being optimistic about the potential of bitcoin. Because if you've been there before and you're overly telling them how great bitcoin is, and the feedback that they've given isn't the reciprocate that you're expecting, that's just disappointing.

Those that are even making conclusions even if they're not legitimate investors and never experienced the murder of the market and also being fruitful, they're all talk and are just speaking what they like to say because they like to see people being scared of what they're happy to discuss with.

Convincing a skeptic to buy bitcoin can be a difficult task as bitcoin is a new and relatively unknown technology that can cause fear and doubt. However, if you have the desire to try and use bitcoin, then you can try to convince the skeptic in the following way:
1.Explain how bitcoin works and why it can be useful. Tell us about its security, transparency and decentralization, as well as how it can help avoid problems with traditional financial instruments.
2.Show which companies and organizations are already accepting bitcoin as payment, and talk about the rise in popularity of bitcoin among people.
3.Invite the skeptic to do a little experiment by buying a small amount of bitcoin and using it to buy goods or services. This will allow them to see how the technology works and understand its potential value.

It is very simple to convince such a Sceptical and novice person on cryptocurrency all you have to do is to show him/her your achievement through bitcoin and if possible show the person some practical things by showing the person your wallet balance and type the figure in your wallet in binance or any other exchange and show him the bitcoin in Fiat amount. You can even send a small amount of unit to to an exchange and sell it of in his parent for the person to confirm that what you are telling him is trustworthy. These are some the ways to inform the novice.

Let them do all the talk later on after we hit a new all-time high.
Absolutely supervb that is the best solution for them because most people were attracted toward anything when they saw profit in them, today they will ignore you because Bitcoin is dumped and no one gets big profit but later whenever bull season will start and Bitcoin hit its previous all-time high and make new all-time high this will be the time when they will regret their mistakes which they have done in past because everyone who bought Bitcoin in dump already got thousand of dollar profit, but there will be nothing for them who lose that  because the opportunity has gone.
Spreading negative thoughts on bitcoin and poisoning the mindsets of others who have the urged to invest in it. It's a terrible idea to surfing out to present bitcoin to people in a totally different view of the way it is, more like compromising the ranking of Bitcoin in the space and also the market. Procrastinating Bitcoin because it's really in a dump position is something I'll not involved actively in the discussion. Bitcoin have helped investors in the past specifically when it makes a bull run to the moon, even those that were doubting the project was eager enough to invest in bitcoin.

You could grab any inflation chart of just about any currency in the world and point to the systematic reduction in spending power if you wanted to convince a person why Bitcoin might be a prudent investment. Bitcoin's outpaced any other asset for investment purposes over the years but its main utility is as a currency -- that'd be my pitch, at least.

People seem to be surprised when you put inflation into perspective and translate it into real world consumer good price increases. They seemingly are also unaware that it's any centralized currency will be designed to inflate at some degree by the central banks to promote circulation. It wouldn't be so bad if the currency inflation rate was locked in by design, but it's not, so that means instability.

Don't convince people to do action which is against on their will. You might get accused for doing illegal activities and want to victimized them if you pressure them to do something they don't know.

Better let them discover the whole aspect about crypto and show your own result because skeptical people are result oriented and they want to see if you are earning good with it before it catch their interest to participate on things they discover.
Usage of Bitcoin isn't illegal; thus, it's unlikely that he'd be accused of that. However, it's impossible to convince someone who's unwilling to listen and, more importantly, who simply isn't interested in Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. It doesn't necessarily appeal to everyone; some praise it and some don't. Would you convince someone to like you? No, because it's pointless. Even if you actually manage to convince someone to purchase Bitcoin, there's a high chance of being blamed if money is lost on their end.

Just move on; not everything revolves around Bitcoin OP, and I understand your frustration because it's likely to have helped you, but not everyone wants to get to know more about it.
we focus on ourselves, as long as what we do is positive for ourselves. So far bitcoin has played a big role for me, so I will also respect it and believe in it, especially now that I still have the opportunity to earn money. if someone has a different opinion with us, then just let them be because not everyone's thoughts will be the same, and I'm not going to defend myself desperately just to be able to agree with me

I would not convince anyone to invest in btc or any other coin but on the other hand would tell them or educate them about the technology behind bitcoin or why it would be in demand in future.Rest the investment decision lies with them soley whether they want to invest or not because trading should be done with your own research not under anyone's influence.

I agree with your opinion, and indeed the most important thing is to explain to the people we go to about bitcoin with the aim that they understand and if they invest and suffer losses of course so they don't blame us when they experience a loss investing in btc,

and indeed everyone's trading strategy has a different technique.

I dont force up someone to deal up with Bitcoin specially if they would really make out some opposition on first approach on which it would really be that a long debate in speaking in between.
Also i dont really like to be blamed and this is why i dont really mind much when it comes on convincing someone on learning about bitcoin or crypto as a whole. If they would be trying to approach
me then i would consider on giving out the basics and explains them about the pro's and cons, after that then they would be the ones who would really be making
out decision whether they would be proceeding or not.
Agree on this one.

This is i dont like whenever i do make out some introduction or recommendation into other people is that i do have a bitter experience when someone do get blame me
on their losses of their investment and its not something that i could really forget on.

This is why it would be better if they would learn on their own and make out decisions on their own.Just give them about those links for learning up the basics.

All sorts of things.  I think in large part I'd also point out how different bitcoin is from most other cryptocurrency coins that came after it, and why it's better than them.  I think the main thing I would discuss is what you brought up, not needing a bank.  The other thing I would mention is it can't be stopped by governments.  A lot of people are still under that assumption and I think explaining how this isn't true is a good way to help others understand.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
Don't try to force anyone into buying bitcoin, this should come from them. By all means argue with them, change their mind about it, make sure the person is well informed and does not go around repeating lies learned from the mainstream media to their friends and relatives, but don't make them buy anything.
Plant a seed, make them doubt what the media is feeding them. If they're smart they'll start doing research, thinking about what you've said, they'll stop taking information as is. This will already be your personal success. Education, awareness, these are the important things.

It can be challenging to convince someone who is skeptical about the future of Bitcoin. Despite their familiarity with Bitcoin, they remain doubtful about its long-term prospects. Attempting to sway their opinion can be difficult, but providing them with a historical perspective on Bitcoin's price movements and technical aspects may help. However, it's essential not to invest an excessive amount of time or effort into persuading them. Alternatively, you could introduce Bitcoin to new individuals as a means of adoption.
