This is how I deal with stress.
1. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine.
2. Indulge in Physical Activity.
3. Get More Sleep.
4. Try Relaxation Techniques.
5. Talk to Someone.
6. Keep a Stress Diary.
7. Take Control of your problems.
8. Manage Your Time.
9. Learn to Say ‘No’ if it's possible to do it on your own.
10. Rest If You Are Ill.

Above all things, you really have to pray to God that you acknowledge you cannot do it on your own strength apart from Him. Ask God that you will be filled with the Holy Spirit. God bless everyone! Smiley
a very detailed description may try to be positive-minded is also one way to relieve stress

For me to de-stress i do one of the following, cycling, play football, or listen to music

If it's not going to matter after 5 years,don't stress about it even for 5 seconds.

Follow this and you will find your stress level decreasing.

It's easy enough, you do not really think about the problem you're having, because every problem there must be a way out, do not overload your mind, think good and positive, remove enough stress with how you solve the problem.

Going for a walk is a good way to relieve stress, especially in the quiet woods.

When stress makes you feel bad, do something that makes you feel good. Doing things you enjoy is a natural way to fight off stress.
You don't have to do a lot to find pleasure. Even if you're ill or down, you can find pleasure in simple things such as going for a drive, chatting with a friend or reading a good book.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

now a days we have to working more hours in front of systems so we getting more tired and stress and tensions. so we want to get some relief from this problems. for that reason we have to do few things every day like early morning walking, yoga, swimming weekly and spending with friends and listening to music. and especially doing mediation really very good relief to me. seriously in mediation has good relief from stress. so most of the people every doing 10 to 30 minutes of mediation. first you don't feel stress about your work otherwise you have to face more problems. so you have to keep your mind freely.listening to music also one of the good medicine for your stress. so every day listen to music and doing few minutes mediation give to more energy our body.

first of everything, PRAY before anything else. ask for guidance and courage. then do things that makes you happy and contented. then invite a friend that you think who can help you to forget the cause of your stress not a friend who csn make it worst. personally, when i was stressed i do shopping and when i got home and looked up for the goods i bought, it made me realized i am blessed so to need to be stress anymore then i smiled.

You need to take a break, Enjoy your day with things you want to do, want to eat and want to go. Hiking, Swimming and Playing good sports you want to play and of course Rest is the very important.

Empty your mind of all worries, relax with music, games or movies, most of all sleep well, your body needs it.

Just listen to music, to music that u like.

I mediate, I find it allows me to focus on the problems causing my stress and work out how to get over them.
