you should deal with the stress very carefully. because stress can create a man to a suicide situation also. it s very bad side of the stress. over happiness and also over sadness also bad. you have to maintain sadness and happiness both very cool manner.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

I hug my pets! specially my cats it really makes me peaceful and reduce my stress levels at the end of the day when I see their cute faces.

Go for a massage, go for a vacation, be out with friends and relax and have a drink.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Redirect your thoughts and do not focus on problems go somewhere refreshing and relaxing. Do something you love and eat lots of good foods, that is how I deal with stress.

handle stress by going to the beach and going to a very scenic place .. or do something you've never done before.

Just have time to relax and do not overthink things. Just make it easy and go with the flow. Most importantly, always always have a prayer, it will guide you through the day and have a positive mind. Having a positive mind is having a positive life.

stress is a natural part of life. my strategy to deal with stress is through prayer i lift all things to God through prayer. by seeking help, guidance, peace and put my trust in Him that he can managed my stressful life  because i know his ways are always best for me. second is i spend more time in reading the Bible when im in stress mode to fill my mind and heart with His word. this will give me peace and joy in this stressful life.

My advice if you want to cope with stress, agan try to find things interesting, funny that can make you forget the things that make agan stress

I know it's kind of cheesy and preachy. But find a higher power. Believe in that higher power then put it upon that higher power all your stress. I do this all the time and it calms me down that I'm not in control. That there is a plan for all this

Just take a long walk and keep on walking

you need a stress reliever try to exercise do some walking and biking it really helps to release your stress

First of all you should be Calm Down in that times. Breath normal and decrease your heart beat. Just focused on something good and you like.

Exercise regularly. Exercise can free your body of stress hormones and can simultaneously increase levels of endorphins - which are responsible for happiness. Tuck in time to work out among your busy life to keep your body healthy and as a way to cope with natural stress. You will feel the difference.

1) live today only. don't worry about the future. it doesn't matter how bad you feel, you can survive a day
2) use one simple formula:
a) ask yourself what is the worst thing that can happen
b) accept the worst if necessary
c) after you accept it, try to improve upon the worst
3) always remember that stress can't solve anything. it only ruins your health

When you think that you have many problems, just relax, breathe deeply and, then think on something positive, do not let problems to get into your head again, so just continue same as before. Try also with sport or do something what you love. That can help for sure.

Keep yourself occupied. Dont overthink about things. Stay positive. Talk and discuss it with someone who are close to.
