Do something that will make you relax. But me when I am stressed. I eat those foods that will help me relieve my stress. We call it comfort food. I eat ice cream, cakes, chocolates. I heard sweets can calm and makes you happy. You may try it too. Smiley

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

i dont underestimate peoples feeling
its natural for us to be emotional in every event that occur in our lives
if certain happening stress you out , go out with friends and do things
fun.

I handle stress usually with regular meals, regular breaks, keeping my diet and not too much thought

usually I always rest enough, do not get too tired, and do not think too much about things that can cause stress

I think that the best way to deal with stress is to switch your attention to other positive things Wink. Do not focus on the bad feelings and you will avoid stress  Wink

Playing video games, listening music, watching films or tv shows. Or just waiting, because time is healing all the wounds.

I usually eat a lot when I'm stressed or just try to sleep to free my mind.

I take a deep sleep and reschedule my activities
I also go to a deep sleep or if not I can't do any work that day.

I go for a long walk/run by myself.  That normally helps take the stress feeling away, at least temporarily.   Grin

Well, i do have a lot... i mean A LOT stress lately. Lucky for me that i just went to Singapore so basicly those day was the best day of my life. I think so, since in those day, i dont have to think about any problem, being myself, reset and restart again. But again, im in deep sh*t with the coampany,mom and all. Hahahaha, so i think the best way to deal with stress is travel, of course we cant do it all the time since it will cost a lot, so i just sew my butt on the couch of starbuck for a day. Or library. Or sleep, listening to music

There are so many ways that you can do to deal with stress. Actually, I deal with stress by stress-eating and binge-watching my favorite kdramas then after that I will relieved and light and later on, I’m okay. Doing such stuff helps me to avoid being stressed. I usually get stressed in my academics because of exams, recitations, requirements and such. And sometimes when I failed an exam, I tend to be depressed as well. That’s why I came up with a plan or the things that I can do to feel okay and to avoid that stress. Whenever I feel that I’m on the edge of being stress, I also hangout with my friends or my family so I can cope up with it. There are a lot of ways, you just need to know what are those ways that can help you.

My most effective way to deal with stress is Exercise with Music. Get Out and enjoy my social life. Meet new people and make friends

How to deal with severe stress by doing hobbies that you want to do is the easiest way. A hobby is an activity that is believed to calm one's mind if done. The goal is to get a pleasure to be a special entertainment for the mind and soul of the person. In fact, doing a hobby can make a person become excited after a tiring activity.
