I like listening music! I think it helps a lot! Now I like different youtube and Spotify channels for different mood.. I think it's a perfect option because you don't need to spend time making a playlist! It's amazing!

To relieve the stress try to have a body massage and swim or try to have a break and travel.It will help a lot.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Eat. Take a leave and travel👍

Handling stress is not easy, we have to find what makes us happy and relieve stress, find a place where you feel comfortable in it.

Go out and take a walk. Enjoy the Sun, make sports. Mediation is also a good thing.

The most important thing is, do it again and again. Every day. Even if it is only a short walk. But do it.

Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, or even the death of someone close to you. It is important to recognize the causes (some stress is natural), take steps to deal with the root of the problem, and tackle the symptoms. Most importantly, don't battle stress alone — ask for help from a friend and, if necessary, a professional.

Great advice, too many people think that stress is just a part of life and they just try to get through it alone. Some level of stress is normal but if it is overwhelming then it is okay to get help from others.

one way to cope with stress is to find the topic of conversation very funny and the conversation can forget the things that make us stress. that's my way and how do you gan? Grin

Well stress is somewhat within ourselves when we feel tense nervous or it’s just within our cognitive thinking.
But dealing our strees for me i just want to eat ice cream,or any sweets or watching tv 😊. That’s how we deal woth stress.

Today's world is inherently stressful. Can't live without stress anymore.
maybe if you are a monk living some where in high mountains....
