Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
you are right, I also find it difficult to explain this to people who do not know about bitcoin yet but I keep explaining what I can and know (the bottom line) if bitcoin is valuable and you should learn.

We may possibly not think in so challenging. Now the Internet is really created, children arrive into contact with the Web since childhood, their potential to understand far a lot more than we. Invite them to take part in this forum, I think they will be simpler to know bitcoin.
JOin a forum may take too much time. Children need to study on their school. I think let your children practice using bitcoin. It is easier to understand better than teaching concept.

I guess i would tell them that, if you want to have an additional money or allowance. you could try using bitcoins, if you are good enough to show and tell your opinion in public, you could increase and improve your skills too. in addition, if you have high enough activities or level. you could join an campaign and receive an amount of money depending on their conditions. but for most of the campaign, you earn them just by doing exactly what you did in the first place, so it's a good thing cause you are just doing the same thing but this time, you earn money from it.
thats a good thing for them to start using bitcoin, they might actually become interested in bitcoin if they know that they might actually be able to earn money. but you must let them to explore things on their own, let them become independent by gathering information to answer their questions about bitcoin, if they truly are interested on it,

We all know here that bitcoin is not that easy to comprehend, particularly if you don't have any knowledge in technology like this. it needs strong determinatio, dedication to understand what bitcoin means really all about. though it has a brighter future awaiting for us. But need to exert and spend time unto it.

Explaining bitcoin and altcoins to children is very easy. Just dont make the mistake of telling them about blockchain/transactions/fees etc.
Just like fiat is being digitalized, children will only know about money/bitcoin through apps. If you have a wallet on your phone, and it says there is 3 coins, then they know that they have 3 coins. It's as simple as that.

They dont need to know the mechanism behind it to understand it.

I oppose to this idea since this generation that teenagers or children are more exposed to technologies and gadgets. I guess its not that hard for the millennials to comprehend bitcoin. Lets say for example in minecraft, 90% of the players range from ages 6-18 years old so its really not hard for teens not to understand or know bitcoin especially that they are now exposed to modern technologies.
I agree .  also in our country 90% children didnt know about bitcoin or any cryptocurrency becuase in our country  many children addicted to playing onlinegames so theyre didnt know all about bitcoin i think in the future theyre regret.

While 30-50% of population still dont get the fantastic idea of Bitcoin, we still need an evolution of explanation of services. They could be even more easy to use, until everyone would understand it in a minute.

Yes at first bitcoin is very difficult to explain and understand by teenagers at the same time. Yes they have so much interest in browsing on the internet but they might have  no interest in working and tp earn money on their own. Of course at their age they are still baby by their parents especially the spoileds so they are so much dependent also.
Maybe even if we show them the site, tell them what to do,etc we can not make sure that they will do bitcoin. But if they do, it is a good opportunity for them

Actually, kids are not yet interested in earning money or saving it. Because they are more concern in some new ways of spending their parents’ money and it is what childhood is exactly for. And I don’t think that bitcoin users should teach or explain such things to children because these things are serious matters. And if we tell them what bitcoin is, surely they will find it difficult to understand. Let them enjoy their days.

I will explain bitcoin to children of teenagers, that bitcoin is gold on Internet who can be changed with money. Usualy children of teenagers will get problem with explaining tecnical but if we talking about money, they will be understanding sooner.
Yeah right I agree, teens talking about money now if they had a quick capture power. and I think I can explain to them in a language that is understandable. I would say that bitcoin is the same as the savings they can use anytime and anywhere without having to do a variety of processes such as banks. but this can only be accessed via the internet at any time and savings can be great value.
Yes, teens who were in hard talk about money making can be easily made to understand about the functioning of bitcoin as well other digital currencies. This little by little cause the bitcoin network grow among the young generation, also majority of the users at present were mostly the young people.

They will not understand bitcoin because they do not need much money and not thinking for the essential things they need. All i can explain to then is bitcoin is a money
Haha! Agreed! Kids are not very much interested in earning money or saving it, their all concern is to figure out new ways of spending their parents’ money and that is what childhood is exactly for. I don’t think so we should teach such things to kid because these are pretty serious matters and kids won’t pay any attentions to these things. Let them enjoy their days.

We all know that bitcoin is not easy as we know now. We encounter different bitcoin strategies on how we can earn btc. I think in a college student we can teach them on how to earn and how to join bitcoin. But in a kids below 15 years of age we can told them what is the meaning of bitcoin and how to use. For them to know in case of emergency we can easily send money through btc.

Young generation these day connected with internet, they learn fast about technology and making money. If they learn about btc benefit and how to use it, sure they will love it. but the problem is they are distracted by lot of online contents which make them lose there focus on making money. Best way to explain btc may be a presentation or online tutorial will not be bad idea to achieve this task.

I agree that young children now are connected to the internet, the thing is that is common to them. But I don't see them getting interested in such earning money because we all know that young people nowadays are bust satisfying themselves with games and videos than earning money,
Unfortunatly there are just a few ''children'' which are interested in crypto, but most of them are living just for gamming and watching movies and series.

Bitcoin can be difficult to explain but so can money and what teenager really knows how that works, hell most people don't know how money really works.
I think a teenager would probably be the easiest generation to teach bitcoin to, you don't need to teach them the whole in's and out's just a bit about public/private key pairs, sending/receiving addresses and secure coin holding and they will pick up the rest very quickly.

truly, if you tackled about money it is easy to understand because even 3 years old know about money thats why money take the world.
I think no it is not like this. For sure children of today are so easy with games and videos and they are connected to internet every time. As far as bitcoin are concerned, they will sure convert to bitcoin world just after they know what and how of crypto. They are now just unaware of this.

It didn't work for my teammates even when I printed a simple paper.
